IL SERVIZIO E' LODEVOLE E GENTILE, PRENOTANDO CON VENERE AVEVAMO AVUTO UNA CAMERA SULLA STRADA MA SUL POSTO CON LA GENTILEZZA DEL PERSONALE HALL CI HANNO TRASFERITI ALL'ARRIVO IN UNA CAMERA VISTA MARE/PISCINA, PERFETTA!!! CAMERE DI BUONA QUALITA' E SEVIZIO COLAZIONE INTERNAZIONALE, VISTI I PREZZI ESTERNI ABBIAMO ANCHE DECISO DI FARE LA MEZZA PENSIONE; ANCHE PERCHE' PER ESSERE UN TRE STELLE ESTERO, IL CIBO NON E' MALE. CONSIGLIAMO INFINE DI PRENOTARE UN AUTO (sempre prima di partire !!! occhio!!!) PERCHE' L'ISOLA E' GRANDE ED OFFRE VARIE ALTERNATIVE: ES TRENC PER IL MARE E PASEO MARITTIMO DI PALMA CITY LA SERA !!! BUON VIAGGIO A TUTTI!!!

Very comfortable and so convenient to Airport. Great prom for long walks and good beaches.

THIS HAS BEEN MY SIXTH STAY AT THE ALEXANDRA HOTEL AND ONCE AGAIN IT HAS LIVED UP TO MY EXPECTATIONS. I MUST MENTION THE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF WHO WERE ALWAYS PLEASANT WITH THE GUESTS PARTICULARLY IN THE DINING ROOM, WHERE YOU WERE GREETED AT THE ENTRANCE AND ESCORTED TO YOUR TABLE. AS USUAL THE SELECTION OF FOOD AVAILABLE WAS A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL. ALSO WORTHY OF A MENTION WAS THE CLEANLINESS OF ALL AREAS OF THE ALEXANDRA. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT STAY.

This was my fifth stay at the Alexandra Hotel and while my previous four stays here have been great my last stay even exceeded my enjoyment. When so many Spanish holidaymakers also make a return to this hotel that is a sign of its popularity. I must mention that the standard of service given by the dining room staff was excellent .You were greeted at the entrance and shown to your table nothing was trouble to this dedicated staff plus the choice selection of food cannot be bettered. Plus the nightly entertainment was first class. I used to come to the Alexandra with my late wife, but I now come on my own and never feel to be alone. Roll on to my next stay in 2009.

It was 40 years since I last stayed at the Alexandra hotel. I remember the foyer and the pool but not a lot more. I was very pleased with my stay this year.

Our room was on the top floor with superb views but the wind whistled through the badly fitting balcony door until we stuffed the gaps with toilet paper. It was spacious but the floor was filthy and decor tired. The dining room was large but under-staffed and the sights of cockroaches running around inside and a huge one squashed and just left outside the entrance to it were off-putting to say the least. The situation is excellent being adjacent to both beach and airport (although noise was not intrusive)but needs new management to improve cleanliness and staffing levels before we would consider staying there again.

When I booked my stay at the hotel I requested a room with a sea view. This was all arranged when I arrived,Excellent service from reception staff. During my weeks stay 95% of the guests were Spanish, and the harmony between all guests was perfect. This was my fourth stay at the Alexandra and every visit was better than the previous.

The clinliness of the room was very pure.
