Overall one of the best hotels we stayed in during 10 days of train travel in Italy,when considering location, cleanliness, price,service and quality of breakfast. I Would not hesitate recommending this hotel to friends. Easy walk from beaches and same distance to restaurants and shopping areas, great bed & fine linens, plush towels (as opposed to our Florence hotel), a shower with good water pressure & hot water.The location was ideal for discovering this beautiful part of Tuscany and 5Terre , Lucca , Pisa .Added bonus was the on site restaurant very good value for your money !!

Obviously, the clientele is "German elderly"- with all its connotations. Being surrounded by almost only elderly people in the dining room, and then finding half-empty dedicated bottles of wine or beer on the tables next morning for breakfast is not particularly refreshing. The room was good.

We really were spoiled by the large rooms and gracious staff.. Very quiet,back from main street at easy walking distance to beach.Breakfast was very good with an adequate supply.We felt the hotel was very good value for money and we would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we return to Lido.

The hotel was quite nice and moderate. The owners are very friendly and helpful - also with information for trips and events in the region. The rooms offer enogh space to relax. Best location is a room in the upper floor (to the road) - with a great view to the hills. The padio is very great with sun lies and chairs. Breakfast is enough and quite good. Room cleaning is very good and helpful. Parking at the hotel is excellent with an parking at the property. It's a 3* hotel and it's worth, We can recommend the hotel without doubt.

We were made to feel very much at home The hotel was very central .Very good hotel where the staff are very keen to make your stay memorabile .Excellen food .Good location for shops ,resturants and 3 mins.from the promenade and the beach The rooms were of a good size and very very clean.

An excellent hotel that I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Versilia. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the coast. Plenty of parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Rooms are clean and recently renovated. The hotel restaurant offers very good food at a reasonable price. Each room appears to have its own balcony. The hotel staff, who speak excellent English, are very helpful and extremely welcoming. My only suggestion to the hotel management would be to add a couple of free-to-air English-language satellite channels (for example, CNN and BBC World), in addition to the German-language channels currently provided.

A little disappointed to find out on arrival that our booking for 2 double rooms was recorded by the hotel as only 1 double room.There were no other rooms available but the manager did quickly try to resolve the situation by finding alternative accomodation nearby.We actually stayed in the room reserved for us by the hotel as it was a suite with 2 separate bedrooms sharing a bathroom.The rate was reduced accordingly. Otherwise,no problems with the hotel during our 1 night stay except that we couldn't get the air conditioning system working. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay. The food was good at a bargain 15 Euros for a 4 course meal. Breakfast was nice too. Staff were really friendly and always very keen to assist us with what we needed. Only problem I had was getting disturbed at night by other residents` snoring and talking too loud early in the morning - but I guess this is out of the management`s control. We would reccomend this hotel to friends and family.

Lovely hotel, relaxing atmosphere. The staff particularly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Fabolous restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast's buffet delicious,'till 10:00 a.m. The room spacious and always clean, with a large balcony. Great location, not far from the promenade along the beach. Hotel close to Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Very good value for money. We had also a great discount coupon on the beach's services. I will return soon and reccomend to everybody to choose "Dei Tigli".

Got stuck in their parking lot as another guest blocked our exit. They need to get the room number and license plate of each car and the car keys to facilitate parking

A party of six of us stayed for a night in Dei Tigli. The rooms were very clean and the location excellent for the beach. Most impressive was the helpfulness of the staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome and provide details of local facilities. Nothing was too much hassle. I would recommend a stay to anyone in the area searching for value for money accommodation.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, and the other visitors also friendly. The room was large and quiet and well kept, the food was very good and the public rooms nice and airy. The garden was small but nice and the managment very up to date, with brochures and shopping/services guidlines. Great location, we will return.

A standart 3 stars hotel. Not bad for the price. Clean room but dirty balcony. Breakfast nothing special. Good location.

Nettes Mittelklassehotel. Problematische Parkplatzsituation, Frühstück etwas dürftig und zeitlich sehr eingegrenzt (nur bis 09:30). Strand zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Sonstige Einrichtungen in der Umgebung (Restaurants, Bars, usw) mit Niveau nicht vorhanden.

We visited your hotel in July and were very pleased with the hospitality of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. The food was excellent and the service very good. The area was close to the seaside, but quiet at night. I would be delighted to recommend this accomodation to my friends.

We enjoyed our short stay at the Dei Tigli, and would stay here again. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the "mountains". The location -- just over a block off the beach -- was excellent.

We were delighted with the warm and friendly welcome we received. Cannot fault the hotel or the service and will definitely recommend it to anyone. If we find ourselves in the area again we would certainly use Dei Tigli.

Das Hotel war rundrum perfekt. Der Preis war mit 50 Euro die Nacht inkl. Frühstück sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das allabendliche Menu für 15 Euro weit besser als zu erwarten. Die Hoteliers sprechen beide Deutsch, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Eine schöne familiäre Atmosphäre. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent family run hotel with guest house atmosphere. Very good value for money, first class evening meals at a very reasonable price. Family and staff could not have been more welcoming and attentive. We hope to return soon.
