When you ask for a suite room or a family room for 4 person, be sure that you can have a "room suitable for 4 person" not a double room stuffed with beds

Das Zimmer war als Suite für 4 Personen beschrieben, mit einer Foto die einen grosszügigen Raum vermuten lässt. Nichts dergleiche, Ein enges und gefährliches Hochbett, kein Balkon, keine Sicht. Das Badezimmer ist winzig, und eng, es gibt keine Möglichkeit um etwas zu deponieren: Zahpaste, Lotions, etc. Ich hätte 2 Zimmer reserviert wenn ich gewusst hätte, dass es keine wirkliche Suite war. Schade. Es soll ehrlicher beschrieben werden, seitens des Hotels.
