The staff was very knowledgable but clearly not pleased at having to help us figure out a few things about the hotel and surrounding areas, airport, etc. The location is terrible for tourists. Industrial with nothing to do outside the hotel. The web states it's near the airport... not really. There are plenty of other hotels right at the airport. I highly recommend staying there instead. Especially if you are driving... it was confusing to get to this property. The room sliding glass door wouldn't lock (opens to a common patio). However -- the inside of the hotel is wonderful and the dinner was the best we had in Italy. Seriously.... :-)

Fairly convenient to autostrada, but need to look for signs as you make your way to hotel. In a industrial area, not convenient (walking) to restaurants or shopping. Heavy traffic (lots of trucks) on adjacent streets. Hotel is brand new and in great shape. It was not busy at all. Venere.com rate was a bargain compared to other hotels in the area.
