Lovely hotel, the friendly staff, qualitative service, a good food. I recommend this hotel to independent travellers. This hotel is located in quiet area near to the sea, railway station, and the bus stop.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel, met lots of nice people. Food could have been more varied and hotter. Often even when fresh food came out it was lukewarm. Snack bar food was very good. We booked full board which I would not recommend as food was repetative.Staff excellent and very friendly. Pool area was quite small, although there was only one occassion when we could not get a sun bed. Large part of the poo area was in the shade so you neede to be up early ot secure the best places. My 12 year old daughter and I stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks

Bellissimo hotel pulito molto accogliente. staff molto gentile cibo buono , piscina, ci ritornerò volentieri. l' unica pecca la colazione molto presto e notte si dorme tardi per via dei rumori di persone per le vie tutto sommato va benissimo per una bella vacanza

I really enjoyed my Stay in Balmes. I found the Hospitality and courtesy of the staff excellent and their ability to communicate also very good.I think it is a lovely family orientated hotel and I felt very safe there. I loved the leisure facilities and the aqua aerobics tutor.Muchas gracias.

The Air conditioning in my room was useless and i had to keep the door open for cooler air at night. The Hotel was clean and friendly and the staff were polite and helpful. The rooms were cleaned very well each day.
