Fabulous spot, very good hotel, rooms alittle small but to be expected in that part of spain. Gardens, pool, facilities were excellent. Late check out was not available as room was booked, but they faciliated us with the use of all facilities including parking and use of pool etc until as alte as we wanted. Showers and changing rooms available before we left. Will definitely go back. Some excellent restaurants in the town.

Beautiful location with view over the bay and a balcony for sitting out enjoying the view. Hotel facilities were excellent. Would recommend it.

We decided to explore the Costa Brava before we stayed in Barcelona. Cadaques and Hotel Playa Sol were wonderful. The staff was helpful, room and balconies afforded a perfect view, everything was clean and in good repair, breakfast was convenient, the location excellent. We hope to return someday.

How to reach Hotel Playa Sol

By car
Take the AP-7 to Figueres, and then to Roses. At the roundabout before Roses, turn left to Cadaqués.

By bus
From Barcelona:
Take the Sarfa buses to Cadaqués at the Estació del Nord station.

By train
Take any train to Figueres and, once there, take a bus or a taxi to Cadaqués.
