Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but a little small. No public areas if you wish to have a beer or a glass of wine. Out of the way if relying on public transport. However, I would stay again if in the area.

Helpful staff. Good signage on the way in. Not conveniently located for walking. Poor directions to restaurants on the square.

Not a convenient or sensible stay for Malpensa Airport. Not close to the train station. Not close to any restaurants- had to walk a long distance to find a pizzeria. Town rolls up sidewalks early on Saturday evening. No reasonable airport transportation available- the hotel clerk quickly called a taxi for a 25 Euro trip that took ten minutes.

Very pleased with the service, cleanliness, and security of the hotel. The employees are extremely courteous and go out of their way to help. The hotel's only draw back is its location, which is a more "industrial" neighborhood of the city. This should not matter much to a business man or anyone renting a motor vehicle, but vacationers relying upon bus and taxi service will not be happy with the immediate surroundings of the hotel.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Secured parking in back was nice. Location is OK if you want to be near Malpensa airport, but is not very convenient to Milan otherwise.

SINCE THIS HOTEL IS NEAR THE AIRPORT, AT LEAST BREAKFEASR SHOULD BE POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE BEFORE 7 O KLOCK IN THE MORNING! I HAD TO LEAVE 5:30 AND DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING!! ALSO NO ELEVATOR IN THE HOTEL!!

There should be some rugs or carptes in the room, at least in front of the beds, stone-like floors are too cold. Price was too high (110 E) for quality and location of rooms. We asked for double bed on web , were given twosingles on arrival. Otherwise hotel is OK and walking distance to interesting parts of the city.
