My only comment is that I was expecting the hotel to be a little bit clsoer to the city centre. I was indicated that it was only 15 mins away with a close train station. By the time you walked to the station and caught a train it was easily 90mins away from amsterdam.

Why wasn't I told at check-in time or at any other time that breakfast was included with my stay. Only at check-out time was I informed that breakfast was included. One other gripe, the day I went down for breakfast at 7:10am the restaurant wasn't open yet, although the sign stated that breakfast was to be served from 7:00am until 10:30am.
