Un 4 étoiles qui nécessiterait un bon coup de fraîcheur (internet qui ne fonctionne pas, miroir fendu dans l'ascenseur, meubles de la chambre qui ont fait leur temps...). Dans un quartier peu animé à 20 minutes à pied du centre de Burgos. Accueil qui a clairement manqué de chaleur et d'attention. Probablement des dizaines de meilleures adresses en ville...

The hotel suppposedly offers Wi-Fi but it doesn't work. (I used Wi-Fi at many other hotels on this trip with no problems.) The only other option was to pay to use a computer at the lobby. The materials used throughout the hotel are good quality (marble, etc.) but the hotel is rather dry looking.

It is an excellent hotel from the price/quality standpoint. It is located 5 minutes (walking distance) far from the city center, which is an advantage since you avoid all the noise of the people hanging out at night. The bedrooms are ok, en-suite bathrooms are big, and the staff is welcoming. This is my hotel of choice in Burgos, and I visit the city several times a year. Last time I visited it there was some construction work in the upper levels, looks as if they are adding some facilities. It is easy to find a parking lot in the street, no need to go for the hotel parking.

I stayed three nights. On the day I arrived, the hotel stuff welcomed me very well. Basically this hotel is good.

I have already sent you a communication, outling the problems we encountered - to reiterate - On arrival(15.30 on Sunday) after a 6 hour drive the hotel could not provide any food apart from a very limited room service menu which was not available until later in the evening - the caffeteria menu could not be provided as the kitchens were closed - I asked the reception staff where we could get food in Burgos - the reply was to try and find a local bar - generaly I found the attitude un helpfull -I have stayed at this hotel twice previously and found it very good - It is unlikely I will use this place again - also very surprsed for a business type hotel not to have WiFi/internet access - also the TV in our room could not receive the programmes listed.

Very quiet and confortable hotel with an excellent price/quality ratio. Location close to the main highways, but quite far from the city center (about 30 minute walk to the cathedral). No problems for parking.

Your website could not have been better. Everything we needed was there. The prices were great. I will definitely use you again next time I travel to Europe, and I made a believer out of the friend I was traveling with. You helped make our stay in Spain that much better. I will recommend you to all my friends for overseas travel.
