I would love to be able to rate this hotel's facilities, but when we turned up we were told the hotel was overbooked and were moved to a 'sister' hotel. Hence the zero scores for customer service, staff competence, etc. The other hotel was OK, but it was some way from this hotel and not as nice. Take my advice, don't book with this hotel unless you want to be bounced like an airline passenger after a long flight!
