I stayed here on business and can definitely recommend it for those who like a spacious room. The only disconcerting thing was the hotel emailed asking for a Credit Card to pre authorise before you arrive, it sounded like a scam at first but was legit. All in all, definitely recommended and I’ll be going back again.

This Hotel is right in the centre in a quiet side street next to the Four Seasons. The ideal location, good access to public transport and lots to be done on foot. We only stayed one night, everything was perfect and we will go back next time.

Excellent welcome from reception staff after over two years, prompt help with small steps to reach roof top box on car. Good parking by staff in secure parking facility. Good restaurants and cafés within walking distance, pity about the road works.

hotel is nearby to all interesting things to see in budapest, and price( we had a big discount and payed 90e per night instead of 180)is good for the quality. but wouldn't pay 180e, doesn't worth that price. it's clean and qiuet, I was with my husband and had relly good time. There is good indian restoran nearby hotel. the only problem was they used my credit card before I arrived to check if I have enough money to pay on it?!?? they told me that they had canceled that payment immidately, but still how could i be sure. still didn't check in my bank.

For hotel located in the very centre of the city, next door to Four Seasons, 200 Euro for 3 nights - it's UNBELIEVABLE !!!

Best Hotel for that price in Budapest; clean, large rooms, good heating (I was in winter), very good services and very centrally locatet. The breakfast they offer in the price was for me absolutely sufficient, the buffet with additional costs is not worth it. I had a very agreable stay there.

Extremely pleased. They were ready for us when we arrived. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. In-processing was quick & painless. Recommended an excellent, reasonably priced restaurant for dinner. Very helpful in every regard. Will stay there again the next time my wife and I are in Budapest.

Very spacious and clean rooms in a very central location. Breakfast was very basic and limited but that is my only complaint. Would definetely return to this hotel if visiting Budapest in the future.

Location is excellent, as noted by others. Staff was very smiley and willing to help, although there were problems with the room that required moving. The other room was not right either. No assistance offered to change rooms. No maintenance during weekends. Also as noted by others, there was an attenpt to charge for the premium breakfast. The standard one was fine, though. Tub had mold.

Easy to be "catched" with their continental breakfast which includes almost nothing.

Perfect location! Very nice staffs! Very helpful front desk girls! Super BIG room! But poor quality of the breakfast!

Spacious suite right in the centre of town, and very convenient for transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the continental breakfast served as standard was quite poor - not much more than rolls and jam, and the full breakfast was very expensive.

Great hotel in excellent location for all sightseeing. Breakfast arrangement is a bit confusing. The breakfast you pay for in the B&B price is very basic. Would stay at this hotel again if visiting Budapest.

The Hotel is in a very central position, near the Chain Bridge. Rooms are clean, really spacious, and quiet. Forniture is modern and pleasant, excellent for working trip. The basic breakfast is good, instead I think that the additional buffet is too expensive. Rather I suggest a "visit" to a patisserie as, for example, Geberaud, that is very closer to the hotel. Internet access is quite expensive (around 4 euros for half an hour), but it works very well. If you need, you can even borrow a laptop! To stay in Budapest you can also spend less, but if you want a comfortable place, Starlight Suiten might be a perfect choice.

Great location, beautiful very large rooms (all rooms are actually suites). Would definitively recommend this hotel! Minor detail: Front Desk staff not always very customer minded

We had a great experience in Budapest at the Starlight Suiten Hotel. The staff were very helpful and caring. We had a problem on our arrival due to cancelled flights from London and the staff went out of their way to help us. The room was clean, neat, and large. I would recommend it to anyone.

We had a suite for only 90 euro per night. it was hugh and had 2 televisions plus a small kitchen area. Fantastic value, location and very helpful staff who recommended a brilliant nearby restaurant for dinner which was first class and very reasonable. The continental breakfast was poor though and the basic fry that could be paid for was not worth the money.

Excellent hotel in all aspects! better location impossible! My room was enormous! It seems like a hotel for executives which stay for a long period, because the room was all equipied with microwave, quichen sink, 2 tvs (one in the living room and the other in the badroom)... Next time in Budapest no doubt I'll stay there definally!

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at the Starlight Suiten Hotel in Budapest. The location is terrific. It is a very short walk to Chain Bridge, St. Stephens, Vorosmarty ter, etc. Numerous restaurants are quite close by. There is also a small food store just a couple of blocks away (which they call a “nonstop,” but in the US we would call a convenience store.) As the room has some limited kitchen facilities, we found this store helpful. The staff speaks English. They were friendly and eager to help us with our various questions. Our room was surprisingly large. I mean VERY large. In fact, there were two rooms, plus a bathroom. You enter your hotel room from the corridor into a large sitting room. There you will find a couch, chair, coffee table, desk and chair, plus a TV in this spacious area. Additionally, it has a section with a microwave oven, sink, and mini-bar/refrigerator. Off this room is a large bedroom which has its own TV. The bed was comfortable. Off the bedroom is a good size bathroom. All of the plumbing functioned properly. I had heard that this hotel had large rooms, but I must admit that I was quite favorably surprised! Everything, everywhere was exceptionally clean. It was very quiet during both the day and at night. The TVs received a number of English-speaking stations including CNN, CNBC, and SKY. The decorating was, well, strange. It had the feel of the late 1950s or early 1960s, but was in very good shape. Someone could have told me that they were going for a “retro look” and I would have believed them. Oddly, nothing was rundown. It just looked like it was newly decorated in an earlier style. Adding to the mystery is the fact that most all of the counter tops were made of high quality, new and modern looking granite. There is a health facility in the basement containing bikes, weight lifting equipment, a steam room, and a sauna. I walked through it, but did not use it. It was clean and the eq

It was nice to be able to spread out in a "suite" after spending many nights in regular hotel rooms. The hotel was situated on a quiet street immediately behind the 4 Seasons - easy to find and centrally located. Nothing of historical interest was far from this location.

Huge rooms!! so spacious, actually more than we needed. But it was very nice to be able to give one another som space in the morning, when one of us preferred to sleep a little longer. One BIG bedroom with, unfortunately one of the most uncomfortable beds I´ve ever slept in, livingroom with sofa, tv, writingdesk and a kitchenette. Excellent location just behind The Four Seasons. Very close to the Danube. No need to look any longer for accomadation. Pick the Starlight Suiten.

The location is fabulous. You are a few steps from the Four Seasons Hotel, the Sofitel, the Intercontinental etc.. next to the Danube River. Plenty of restaurants, transportation, shopping places, all in walking distance.

Location is fantastic, It only took us 2-3 minutes to walk to the famous Chain Bridge and 3-4 minutes to the nearest tram station. The room that we stayed was spacious, clean and quite. As a matter of fact, we do not need such a big room with a separated living/reception area as we only came back to sleep at night. The stuff were friendly and helpful. The only comments was the buffet breakfast, - not many choices provided and it's was just like a 3-star hotel. Anyway, we will not be hesitated to choose to stay here again if we come back to Budapest.

Excellent property in an excellent location in Budapest. Would gladly stay here again. Only shortcoming is that they only offer 1-bedroom suites. For a larger family or couple with older children, the room could get cramped. Staff were very polite and accomadating.

This hotel is very central, right behind the Four Seasons Gresham Palace at the end of Chain Bridge. The room was huge and very clean. The hotel offers you breakfast in your room at no extra charge and there is a great workout facility, including sauna, at no extra charge.
