Very comfortable and clean, but I only found out when I arrived that the restaurant at this hotel is not open for dinner.

We were very satisfied of the hotel and the location. Tram and metro stops were near. But in the room was wall-to-wall carpet, it was dusty.

One particular staff member was very difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, this was the person I had to deal with most. Other staff were excellent.

I regret that the reception staff when they see you arrive or leave, checks if you have to pay something, I never had this experience before, embarrassing. They push you to pay your whole stay in advance, in a way that isn't pleasant anymore. the woman that cleaned the room, I found her job was not well done, I doubt if we saw fresh towels, sheets, or if the floor in the bathroom was cleaned during our 6 days stay. The soap dispenser didn't work in the shower, the carpet was not enough clean, there was to much dust in the corners. the staff in the breakfast room was good. Breakfast was fine. In the evening you dare not go to the terrace to eat something, or to use the breakfast tables, it would be nice if this could be possible. you have just your room, or the reception area to remain in. the location on the red metro line or the yellow line would be better, the blue line (corvin hotel) is less interesting. we were satisfied but not excited.

Been to Budapest 4 times; this was the nicest hotel I´ve stayd at. I had a young kid and teenagers with me, so it was great to stay at a quiet and small hotel where there was no disturbance whatsoever at night. Dispite this the city center was near.

I booked a room with a king-size bed but when we arrived we got a room with two single beds in a quite small room. Very, very hot inside the room! No change of towels during 4 days, ants in the bathroom. But ok hotel for the price, 14 000 HUF. Tram and metro very close to the hotel, only 5 minutes to the city centre. Very quiet location and near the city! Ok breakfast. Over all we had a very nice vacation in Budapest!

The closest tram stop (lines 4 and 6) is Mester utca, and the nearest underground station is Ferenc Körnut, which serves the blue line, M3.
By train
From the western railway station: take tram no. 4, or 6 to Mester utca.
From the eastern and the southern railway station: take the underground line M2 to Deak Square (4 stops), and change to underground line M3.
By airplane
From the airport: take bus line 200 until the terminus, then take the blue underground line M3 to Ferenc Körnut.
