We stayed in the flat which has a kitchenette and dinning room area as well as two bedrooms. The kitchen has a two cooker stove top and refridgerator. The hotel is a 10 minutes walk from a shopping centre called MOM which has a supermarket. It's about 15 minues to walk into the centre of Budapest.

Hotel is located in Buda whereas heart of Budapest city is actually in Pest. But hotel is close to a bus stop that brings you across the river in just 5 minutes.

Very spacious apartment (big bedroom, another bedroom, kitchen, separate dining room, balcony & washroom facilities) The annex building is old-fashioned, but nice, if you prefer older style. Very quiet apartment, even though the building is adjacent to a busy street (other rooms are not likely to be so quiet). The apartment was cool without air-conditioning (in October) Good breakfast

Disappointed that even in summer air conditioned is not included in the room rate and it is charged as an extra expense of 10 Euros per day if you wish to have it working in your room. Really unacceptable for a hotel of this rating. On the other hand, the property offers large rooms/apartments for families traveling with kids.

Following the description, the hotel seems to be very nice and very well placed. Actually, the hotel is not bad, only the family rooms (appartements)are not in the hotel but in a building besides the hotel. This building is a typical communiste contruction from about 50 years ago and even the the furnitures are from the same time....Nothing to have with a 4 stars hotel!!!! The hotel is not far from interesting places in Buda (Citadelle or Chateau), but unfortunatelly it is situated just beside a very noisy street, even during the night. Fortunatelly, the personnel is very kind and doing the best for arranging the things.

Covenient location for Gellert baths, the Citadel and Var in Buda, although a little hilly. All recommended. Good access to bus stops for access to Pest and Kelliti Rail station.

If you like to walk, this hotel is within walking distance of downtown Pest. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. The hotel staff members were very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant was good as was the breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice, spacious enough, clean, with high speed internet, and staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunatelly i had windows turned to a frequent road so it was pretty noisy. The hotel is a bit further from the center than i originally thought.

Good place for the price. Near Buda Castle but a pretty good walk into the pedestrian area on the other side of the river. Breakfast included was good. Next time I would book on the other side of the river as most things are there besides the castle.

Nice hotel, interesting architecture, on the corner of a major boulevard and a small and steep street. Breakfast included (so-so quality and quantity), parking free (in the back of the hotel...very small), a small restaurant below and a terrace above. Good service at the reception (fluent English) and at the restaurant. Not exactly "centrally located", but still within walking distance from the Danube and Erzsébet híd (Elizabeth bridge). We actually walked to Lánchid (Chain Bridge), but its a long walk...The price was exactly as indicated by Venere. They actually offer a discount if one pays cash as opposed to credit card. I think that the price is a bit too high; average (not good, not excellent...) value-and-quality/price ratio.

It is a very pleasant hostel, but you must ask for quiet rooms (on the back); in the front, it is on a noisy road. Food and wine are very good and not very expansive; Very good breakfast included. You must walk a little to go to the center of Buda, but they are bus for Pest.

I dissapoint the room smallness, dartyness and also unsufficient utilities as for example health care products, minibar foods and beverage. I occured in uncorret reception information about touistic tour transportation. Good position towards the centre, only 10 minutes far, by walk, from. More-over good restaurant service. I tasted it for the dinner and breakfast.

The hotel was very nice. They were unable to give us a non-smoking room (and they had not promised one), and the room we got reeked of smoking. The hotel is a little out of the way, but once we got our bearings it was fine. The staff was very nice.

L'Hotel non merita affatto le quattro stelle, è distante dal castello di Buda dov'è posizionato e gli autobus che lo collegano al centro sono moto rari di sera.

4 law students from Charleston, SC in a international law program. This apartment was quite sufficient for 4 - one bedroom/double bed with single bed and pullout couch in living area. Safe and quiet. Restaurant had good food although we were disappointed with the bkfst buffet. Bus terminal close by - downtown area within minutes - beautiful park nearby where you have an awesome view of Pest - great place to stay with excellent price for the value.

Maybe a bit far from the city centre for someone who don't like taxis, bus or to walk. in 10-15min by feet in the castle / in the citadell / in the vaci road (the famous one). Our stay was excellent: personal was very helpful and very kind. breakfast buffet is to see and to enjoy. the rooms are very clean and nice. the road near the hotel may disturb the first night, but then it's ok. i and my friends (9 persons together) will all recommand this hotel for a stay in Budapest.

This is a pleasant, clean and well-located hotel. It is ideal for a short break in the facinating city of Budapest being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. The hotel's biggest strength, though, is without a doubt it's excellent staff who are polite, efficient and friendly. From the charming reception staff to the attentive restaurant staff we could not fault the service. We can certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

A bit of a price stretch but the apartment was quite large and had a nice balcony overlooking a treed courtyard. It's on a busy street but the apartment itself was relatively quiet. A good, safe, central location near Gellert and Castle hills.

The hotel is close to the center (15 min. on foot), but not in a very nice zone. The room are clean and spacious(they give us a mini-apartment instead of a triple without overfee), but not at the level of a occidental four stars. They quality of the service could be improved: employers are not always kind (expecially the waiter of the restaurant). They keep our documents "as a garantee" for the entire lenght of the stay, even if we had left our credit card number

The room was clean, warm and comfortable with a good modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is a reasonably priced restaurant downstairs where the buffet breakfast is also served. Times shown on the hotel's web site to various attractions are a bit under estimated - it took us about 20 minutes to walk into the main castle area and a 20 minute walk, uphill, along a busy road from the river, another 10 minutes on top of that from Vaci Street. The hotel is on a busy road but the rooms at the side are quiet and it is on a bus route if you don't fancy walking. It is possible to cross this road and cut through a quieter park area to the castle. Budapest'a attractions are so spread out that a hotel central for one area will be inconvenient for another, so if you don't like walking, just get a day (or more) pass for public transport, which is pretty cheap. All in all, we thought the hotel good value for money and enyoyed our stay there.

This is a very nice hotel. Location is very good (on the Buda side).. The staff is very friendly. You feel safe and welcomed. I would rate the facility as a three star hotel (definately not 4). Most important, they have WiFi for a reasonable fee. I was disapointed to learn that there is no A/C in the room (they claim to have switched it on the heating mode). Well it was warm that week in Budapest and I had to open the windows while sleeping. It was very noisy since the hotel is on a major road.
