Whe find the swett for breakfast not good!

The hotel is correct but the ratio price/quality is not what it was expexted. Too much noise in the room

Hotel location is quite good. Near the metro 2 station and tram. It's easy to get important place. Breakfast was good. But the tap velve had been broken when i found it, so i told it staff, but they didn't repair it while i stayed 2nights at there. I think staff is kind, but a bit lazy.

Très bon hotel

Yes, it was the first time I was in Budapest, but I would recommend this hotel to others. I choose the same hote, next time I visit Budapest. We ate at the steakhouse (not so good), but dinner at Spoon down by the water was lovely. In the vicinity of the hotel is a restaurant with delicious food and music.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulizia eccellente, ma camere piccole e nella maggior parte dei casi senza finestre che diano sull'esterno!

The hotel was nicely furnished, modern looking. The room was small. The main problem: the majority of the rooms on the floor DO NOT HAVE WINDOWS! Therefore, the air in the rooms is stale and during our winter stay it was TOO HOOT for sleeping, and you can't cool it by opening the doors. We checked out during the first night, never to return to this hotel.

Excellent, it was the best Venere property we have been to. It was especially great that rooms had wifi and breakfast was included. Also very quiet.

Una estancia muy agradable en un hotel limpio,cómodo,con empleados muy amables y de estética super moderna...( que nos encantó) está un pelín lejos del centro turístico pero nosotros íbamos en coche y no tubimos ningún problema para desplazarnos. sin dudarlo, volveríamos a alojarnos en este hotel si volvemos a esta encantadora ciudad!!

The restaurant at the Mercure hotel is exelent, they have a great choice of reasonably priced high class Hungarian wines - and professional local amateur. Aircondition makes it impossible to have a completely quiet room, but we slept well.

Nice place to stay in Budapest

The hotel is new and unfortunately there are many issues that have still to be worked out. The personnel is inexperienced. There was a problem with very noisy fan coils that didn´t want to switch off.. in the whole hotel!! I like all other guests had to spend one night with such a noise. At 5am the works for the nearby metro line began, adding insult to injury. And finally, at 7am there was no hot water for a shower!!! A nightmare. Of course we didn´t pay for that night, but this is of little consolation. So, beware, the hotel is nice, but new and they maybe need some more time before all quirks are straightened up.
