I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a weekend break or a business trip. Situated right in the heart of the city,on the balcony you have a nice view to the Patriarchy garden. All the service were excelent, the staff amazing, the room ,restaurant, spa and the food was great! It's a very good hotel, good service and not expensive!

Hotel location very pleasant, surrounded by an old and well-kept neighbourhood. Some rooms have spacious terraces facing a park. Wifi in the public rooms (and by cable in all rooms). Good Italian restaurant in the building, no other restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Only problems : Stale cigarette smoke in all rooms, smoking generally allowed. Fresh clean sheets, but no blankets on the bed, instead a thick bed cover.

This is not the first time we visit Bucharest so we wanted to try a different hotel. The room was fairly clean but smaller than we expected and breakfast was not included in the price. Very quiet location, beatifull view towards the Patriarchate's park but shabby neighbourhood with rickety houses. Safe area however, like almost all Bucharest districts (one can walk home at midnight and not be bothered by unwelcome passers-by). Within 10 minutes' walk to the tram and subway station, 20 minutes to the old area of the city. Welcoming staff.

We did not make the booking for this place, so cannot comment on webpage. Location and room comfortable. However, our impression was that the room had not be properly prepared for us: there were used towels lying on the floor to the bathroom, and it appeared as though someone had lain on one side of the double bed. Otherwise, facilities very good; and price good.

The Prince was a delight. Entered from a suburban street, it backs on to the Patriarchal Palace gardens, and is both attractive and quiet. The rooms were far larger and better equipped than we had expected for the cost, and lift was also unexpected. The location is good for travelling either by foot or bus/tram, and we had no worries about moving around the area by night. the staff organised a car to take us to the airport, which was on time and, unexpectedly, a well-kept and modern Mercedes. The breakfast is probably not worth having, at the price, but that was our only quibble.

There are no pictures of the single but it's essentially a studio with kitchenette but decent-sized with high ceilings and done very well, no complaints about the room. Liked it much better than the rest of Bucharest.

TV in breakfast room ist evidently a new life style of youngsters occupying this room and smoking although it is prohibited. A second cup of coffee couldn't be provided for free, which ists very poor. Noisy at night(dog-barking) and in the morning at 7:00(lawn- mewing), which both couldn't be stopped easily. Friendly and competent service at the reception, nice room with all facilities needed.

Ottimo residence.

Be warned ! This is not a hotel, but self catering apartments. No toiletries in bathroom and no mini bar. Poorly located in back streets which most taxi drivers found very difficult to find ! Room smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

Good property and friendly staff. Food, TAXI service, amenities are extremely over priced for Romania. Do not have them get you a taxi. You will get the super expensive taxi service. Rooms are a good value though -- for Bucharest

The only two minusess was that the rooms where not as clean as they could be. The bathroom and kitchen area where clean, but the floors where not (Not in any of the two rooms we stayed in) The second and biggest minus is the area in which the Residence is. The buildings around is in bad shape and people do give you the stare when you walk to the residence. It is clear that they are not the richest in the city. My girlfriend did not feel secure enough to walk to the residence in the evening and night! However the location is near Plaza Unirii and the Parliment.

Positives Excellent accomodation, with high quality fittings. Very friendly staff. Negatives Confusion over number of bedrooms, i.e.two bedrooms is a separate bedroom and high quality sofa bed in the lounge area. The Prince offers transfer to/from airport, and collection from Airport was requested as part of on-line booking, but didn't turn up and staff were oblivious! Whilst Property is in a run down area,we walked everywhere and felt safe enough; although most guests came and went by taxi, so not necessarily a problem. Finally can view but not access the Patriarchal Cathedral and its grounds from the Prince.

This property advertises things they plan to have in the future. The sauna was not available and the shuttle to/from the airport was not available. Also, in some advertisements, breakfast was included--this was not the case.
