Location is perfect, located very close to the main train station and center of a city. The room was furnished quite poor, but I stayed one night only, so it was not a problem at all. However was very disappointed by unfriendly staff. They should treat guests better.

Location was close to the square and train station which was convenient although the area was a bit dodgy at times. The carpet in the room was very old as was the bed linen. The room was very spacious but expensive for what you got.

Hotel is located on a nice square, close to major sightseeings and metro. Hotel vas nice enough. However we had some problems with out bathroom. Shower door wasn't big enough to protect the rest of the bathroom from water, shower head needs to be fixed, it didn't stay up, and we were not given any shampoo. Our room had no view.

non so da dove iniziare....la scortesia della reception all'arrivo ci ha lasciati senza parole, pur avendole detto che capivo il suo inglese e mentre comunicavo in italiano con il mio fidanzato riguardo al pagamento della camera, mi scrive sulla prenotazione il prezzo totale, chiedendomi di riportarle i 50 cent rimanenti, poichè non aveva da farmi il resto. l'ascensore: il mio ragazzo lo ha definito 4 pezzi di compensato, all'arrivo ti scuote bene, perchè si ferma violentemente. camera:il letto orrendo,il colore del copriletto non indicava una pulizia recente, all'armadio mancava un'anta, fungevano da comodini una sedia e un comodino della seconda guerra mondiale tutto sciupato con un telefono di colore bianco con anni di strati di polvere. la colazione: brioche surgelate, marmellata di pessima qualità, il succo d'arancio non ricordava minimamente tale sapore, il caffè non ne parliamo. consiglio di spendere leggermente di più piuttosto che andare in questo albergo, non ho mai alloggiato in albergo pessimo così!!!!

hotel très bien placé a 5mn du centre de bruxelles. hotel vieillot mais chambre spacieuse. salle d'eau petite mais propre. petit déjeuner correct.television. pas de parking immédiat mais en cherchant on trouve une place.

We stayed at Hotel Windsor for 1 night. When entering the hotel, it gave us a good impression- nice big lobby with comfortable sofa and free WIFI. But we can't get WIFI signal in the room...The room is warm, clean and quiet. The bathroom is really good!- very spacious and with a bathtub and heater! The weird thing is there's no shower curtain in the bathroom. And the pillow is too "flat" for me... As a whole, I really enjoy my stay at Hotel Windsor.

Clean and quite cheap hotel in the center of Bruxelles with very helpful staff. Shower had the usual problem with water leaking under the curtain, the corridors were not in perfect shape but the room was clean, well-heated and quite spacious.

Positive: Price, 10-15 walking from the station. Quiet room Negative: There was a bad smell from the bathroom (I assume humidity) Breakfast not included in the price. Cleaningness cannot be compared with the 130+ Euro hotels but it's acceptable.

The Hotel if fine if you are on business and just need a room for the night. The price is cheap and it is near a tram/metro stop Annessens. If you are on holiday or planning a special break for two, I would not recommend it, the property needs refurbishment and the area is mixed!
