Hotel Lambeau - Brussels

The hotel offers free wifi. I came for three-day conference. It is just too far to walk every day to the EU area (did it twice when I had enough time), but a 9.5 Euro 3-days STIB pass solves this pretty well. In return, you get a quiter area. The single room I have stayed in is perhaps the tiniest hotel room one can imagine. The bathroom is so small that a sink cannot be fitted in, hence the litle sink is in the entrance. The rest of the room is a queen bed plus a small floor area around. There is a small desk and a chair as well. The breakfast is above expectations: good cheese, salami, fresh bread, good coffee machine, etc. I would add to it perhaps fresh-cut vegetables. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful, except one that gives you the feeling he already had a hard day before you showed up. But that's OK. If you look for luxurious feeling you should not stay there, but generally the place worked for me and I would certainly consider to stay there again while on conference.

I like the location of this hotel. It is my favorite place in Brussels. The buildings around are chic. There are many restaurants and shops. The hotel is near to the Park and in 30 min of walking to the EU area.

I can clearly say that Hotel Lambeau is a good choice for people who are coming to Brussels for conference. Good city communication and close location to European Commision district make it worth its price.

Its around 10 min. from Brussels Centre. Short walk to the next Metro Station directly to centre. Don't forget to watch the neighbourhood - nice restaurants.

QoS very good, room interior didn't look really cosy and a little bit discomforting. The technical details were o.k., or beyond the average. Not for leisure, good for business.

I stayed for two days for a business visit and it was very pleasant. breakfast is OK, location is perfect, I walked to the EU institution where I worked. There is no restaurant but they have an agreement with a nearby one, where I even got a free welcome coctail. A bit expensive, though.

Generally very good. Public transport needed to get to most places but the metro stop is about ten yards from hotel. Recommended.

Nice place, friendly service, quiet street in nice area, nice breakfast, room was adequate for the price, there was some noise at night, not from the street but from strange noises in the building but, on the whole, a nice hotel.

This is a bit of a down at heels City hotel, the room was small and the only chair was squashed in so as to be an obsticle on the way to the bathroom, the built in alarm clock was broken and I could not get the roomcall phone to function. That said it is clean and service was efficient. Good for a business stopover, not reccomended as a holiday hotel.

This hotel is nice but not that close to Schmann and the EU Institutions if you do not have a car.

It was my first stay at the Lambeau Hotel and overall an enjoyable stay. The only suggestion I would make, would possibly to provide Tea/Coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Extremely close to metro/tram station (50 metres) with direct tram service to Midi Station but tucked off main street in quiet and safe area. Ideal if you want good value but want to avoid cheap hotels in horrible areas. Free Wifi too. The local area is quiet with some beautiful houses, ideal to explore and stroll to shops.

The hotel is ideally placed for visitors using public transport, the tram stop is just over the road. First impressions are not too good, but in fact this hotel is better than it appears. Rooms are clean, well presented and fully equipped. Breakfast is very good. My son and his family were staying also, they had a super family room. But - if you like to spend time sitting in the lounge reading the paper this isn't the hotel for you!
