Hotel Erasme - Brussels

Notre sejour s est super bien passe! une excellente surprise a l arrivee. L hotel etait overbooke, nous avions reserve une chambre standart et nous avons eu droit a une chambre executive pour le meme prix! Le petit dej est super, la salle de sport aussi, bref nous retournerions bien dans cet hotel. Petit bemol, un peu trop de bruit lorsque les femmes de chambre sont a l ouvrage.

Stayed here 3 nights. Conveniently located hotel (only 3 min walking to subway station). Hotel rooms require renovation. Mini-kitchen in the room seems to be a convenient addition but it lacked such simple thing as kettle. We were also surprised by the fact that our room did not have a hairdrier (available on request only). We did not see other rooms so can not judge the hotel based on our limited experience. Breakfast was not bad at all. Overall - mixed impressions. Next time in Brussels would probably try another hotel...

The surrounding area is quite bad even if the underground stop is near.

I didn't realize it was the furthest from the airport we could have chosen with public transport, being at the end of the Metro line. The shower head was all crusted over and mold in the corners, room walls were dirty.

Nice stay, but we will not come back since the Hotel told venere that we changed our plans (???). We instead confirmed everything and stayed there the exact days and people we booked for. We also have the invoice from them. Weird.

not more than a regular 3* hotel

A fantastic hotel a pity that the driver got lost and we had to phone the hotel for help. They were very good and navigated us safely there. The transport links to the centre of Brussels were right on the doorstep and once we remembered how to get there we will definately use the hotel again.

Large room with bath, rich breakfast worth at least 10 Euros, only about 350 meters from the metro station, good staff, restaurant/bar, quiet street. The only improvement I can think of is the direction to the hotel from the metro station, which is not specific and cost me 20 minutes in asking for help with my very limited French.

id stay in Bruxelles for 4 days a very good quality hotel. Nothin bad to say. I can suggest it to everyone

We had a wonderful stay at Erasme. The staff was very kind and helpful (directions, hot water, internet, etc...). I would definitely stay at Erasme during a future visit.

Well. I was there for the first time and definitelly, when I will go back to Bruselles, I will sleep there. I felt there very good, the bed was extra soft and the personnell was great. They have gave a lot of good advice so I saved myself a lots of trouble travelling in Brussels and also home. Thanks to them I did not miss my plane and had no problems! Thanks

Very poor furnitures. Missing maintenance to rooms. They charged one more night and when I make them note it, they did not even apologize for that! Food of acceptable quality. Strategic location near Erasmus Metro station.

The standard double rooms are quite small and so are the bathrooms!

The interaction with staff was okay and for someone like me that speak and understand English, I found it very okay. The hotel is very close to Erasme Metro (Train Station), therefore, movement was quite easy.

The hotel is very poorly signposted. We took three wrong roads before finding it though in fact it could be so easy. At night or in bad weather we could have searched even longer!

Difficult to find the turn off the main street.
