The attentive and kind Staff in the frond desk permit that guests enjoying their stay. It is not a Sheraton or other five stars hotel. It is a simple two stars hotel. However, it is clean and good location. It is not a bad hotel, which breakfast is very acceptable according the price Eur 69 per night trough internet, include breakfast and taxes. There is not bell boy to help you with your baggages. This hotel is more for maximum a weekend. If you have to trip for business and you can pay more. In this case, I recommend other hotels. Obviously, this depends on the purpose of your visit in Brussels.

This was the fourth country in my holiday and by far the best accomodation however I did have a problem with room service not knocking before they entered my room. This happened three times. The hotel is perfectly located for the international train station which was 4 minutes walk and the metro station is 2 minutes walk. The get on, get off bus to see the city is just 1 minute away and is well worth doing. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk from the old inner city area which you can walk to or see when you do the get on, get off bus. I would tell people about this hotel and suggest they stay there however be aware that the walls are not soundproof which seems to be the case in all the places I stayed at in Europe. The one thing I thought was good and made me feel safe is that you need your room key to get into the front door at all times. This assured me that the security was taken seriously. You also have the option to use a buzzer and they would let you in. The entrance, foyer and reception area was very nice and for those that need it, they have a public computer which is free to use for guests. If you want a taxi there is a taxi stand just opposite the front door of the Sheraton hotel which is beside Des Colonies. There is also a very big shopping complex 1 minutes walk away.(just beside the metro entrance)

Arrived early after an overnight flight, they checked me right in, into an excellent room. Very pleasant, very close to my meetings. Will definitely stay again.

The general opinion of the hotel is largely positive. However, the hotel wanted to charge me the costs of using an international calling card (Telecom Columbus) as a full international call. Depending of the policy of the hotel, they can charge a service, not the cost of the call, which is NOT charged at all to them by the local provider. After strong protests (more than 30 minutes), they agreed with me and I did not pay any costs.

Apalling: The bedroon radiator (water heater) was not working! This with an outside temperature of about 2 degrees C at night! Had to sleep with my overcoat on. The water in the sink was hot, but the shower only delivered freezing water! All this for 80 Euros/night without breakfast...Miserable.

Excellent hotel with very helpful and attentive staff. Only downside was that the hotel bar isn't open at weekends and it wasn't open on the Monday night of my trip either.

A very nice hotel. Good price as well! Nice breakfast! It's very close to the North Station (where trains run 4 times an hour to the airport) which is vital if you're getting the plane early from Brussel Airport, as we did! It's also just a short walk from the city centre and attractions!!I would certainly stay here again if visiting Brussels!

There is a lot of building work going on in the area and at the rear of hotel. however did not spoil our enjoyment although i would like to have been able to make a cup of tea in the room.It didn't seem very busy but maybe business users werew at the 7pm breakfast. we would stay there again as it was well situated fro walking to the main square down rue Neuve and for Trains and metro.

This is a nice hotel and has a reasonably good location. The rooms are very comfortable and it feels like an effort has been made to make the rooms nice. This also applies to the public areas. However, I was a little disappointed with the services offered. The hotel charges a price that means it should offer more service than a family run pension (using the logic low price = low expectations) But actually if you expect more service you would be disappointed.

Conformità con quanto indicato nel sito. L'unico difetto è il bagno, molto piccolo e poco comodo. Tale difetto, però, è compensato dal prezzo molto conveniente

The hotel is closed to Metro & train station which is convenient. Room is clean & big enough for 2 persons with lugguage. Breakfast is good. However, toilet is separated with the bathroom (2 different areas) which is very funny.
