The most incredible thing is that we were not allowed to drop in baggage after check-out. Well, maybe it is not an obligation, but I have never seen a hotel like this. The room is really tiny, and the wall is not sound-proof. The breakfast was only bread, one kind of cereal, egg, coffee and orange juice, and the bread is limited. Make sure it is enough for you.

It's really a very unpleasant experience to stay in this hotel!!! The only positive part is its location, but the service and the atmosphere we experienced was terribly bad!!! There is a very unfriendly old man, might be the owner, who always shows a poker face and I think he is the one who spoiled our experience in Brussel. Although we didn't see him while check-in, he was often in the front desk and conducted the other younger staff. We have stayed there for two nights. The uncomfortable experience started from the first evening, when we came back with some beer and would like to borrow a bottle opener. While the young staff in the front desk was going to bring it for us, the old man appeared and said we cannot drink in our room. What a rediculous rule!!! Anyway, we gave up. Then in our first breakfast on the second day, when we entered the dining room, which is just by the front desk and small labby, there was only one male staff in the front desk who did not tell us the breakfast will be served or we should help ourselves. Since there were two friends of us who living in the another room already there having their breakfast and telling us we have to help ourselves, so we did so. Later there appeared a waitress providing service for some, not all, of the other quests who came later, but she did not tell us anything either. Although my friend noticed that the old man, who wasn't there at first and appeared later, murmured to the waitress and watching us simultaneously. We didn't think it too much. But in our second breakfast, in the very beginning, the waitress told us she can bring us bread and the service is free. haha!! Why don't you just tell us the breakfast should be served by you!? Anyway, the terrible thing happened later, while one of my friend went to take some more bread, the old man came and told her the bread for each quest is limited and what she did will trouble them... Actually, I think it is very rude for him to say that, since we didn't be told
