Very friendly staff, excellent location (close to Horta Museum and plenty of nice restaurants),... Only negative point was a air conditionner that could only produced warm air (same problem in the 2 booked rooms), which obliged to open the (double) window (and therefor the curtains couldn't be closed totally). But quite street and excellent night. I will return there in the future.

The hotel could be a good choice, unless you happen to find a noisy group of young people, who will keep you awake until late in the night. Internal noise insulation is not existent. Personnel will not help you.

This was the second time that I've stayed at the hotel and I still think that it's very good value and a good hotel for a short break. Its only problem is the location as it's a fair distance from both the city centre and Bruxelles-Midi rail station. There is a frequent tram service nearby that can be used to get to either place. Walking to and from the hotel is alright providing you know which way to go. I'd probably stay there again when next visiting Brussels.

The hotel is perfectly adequate for a short stay. It is rather far from the centre of Brussels, but there is a tram passing nearby. Strangely, it appears to be a Spanish provincial hotel that has been relocated in its entirety to Brussels. Not only is the interior architecture unmistakably Iberian, but even the welcoming cards on the tables read "Benvenido" in large letters, with French and English in smaller letters underneath; and the communal computer gives its instructions in Spanish. And all the staff I encountered are native speakers of Spanish, but with enough French and English to permit communication. There was a long queue at the desk to pay on the last day, so that I had to take a taxi rather than public transport to my work.

They kept insisting we had breakfast and trying to charge us for breakfast on the last day. I did not find that amusing! They said they had records that we had breakfast when we had been no where near the breakfast room.

The only problem I had was that I booked 3 rooms at the hotel from airport, but needed only two rooms as the other person did not make to Brussels. At the check in I mentioned it and was agreed. At check out they charged me for 3 rooms on the basis of prior 72 hours cancellation policy, whereas I booked it in 2 hours earlier. I had to pay for a room never used. Maybe you can credit me for the future use.

We only stayed one night but it was a great deal. Transporation was close...perhaps it would be nicer to stay closer to the center of town, but we found the shop keepers in the neighborhood were very helpful and kind.

Stayed for just a weekend and the service was great, the room was really clean and spacious and staff were all very helpful. We asked for directions and were supplied with pretty good information and maps etc. Good location for gettin into the centre of Brussels. Fab price for what you get. Definately recommend! =D

Price is very good for overall service. Isolation between room and corridor is not very good and a bit of noise from other rooms is there. Bar and restaurant are good but there are too smokers! Location is outside the center but well served with tram.

A beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast price was outrageous, especially when you consider that the buffet dinner was cheaper! This was the only fault with the beautiful hotel. There was a little noise in the corridors too that you could hear in the rooms. A lovely area, not far from the city itself and close to Louise and Stephanie - beautiful shops!

Clean, clean, clean! And close to great restaurants and bakery AND supermarket. We were so tired we spent the entire day in our room watching BBC and CNN in ENGLISH! It was a welcome respite in our long travels. I would return, only we would confirm with transport that the tram is working as expected.

A very nice hotel, with good room design. Its draw back is that you need to take the tram, but it is often and in 10 min you are in the center. However, the overal region of Hotel has nothing special, but this is a general characteristic of Bruxelles, I think.

The room and the bathroom are very large for the price. The map on the site is very bad : the hotel is not at 900m from the station Bruxelles-Midi but at 4 km. The price of the breakfast is very high but it is possible to have a good breakfast for less than 4 euros at the corner of Chaussée de Waterloo and Avenue Brugman near the tram stop.

As breakfast is not included, I recommend not to buy the brakfast service offered by the hotel but to go out and near the tram stop there's a very nice mini supermarket (with fresh fruit and vegetables). The internet service it quite expensive (22 Euros/day for LAN cable in the room, 5 Euros for WLAN in the hall). The room and the bathroom were much bigger than usual. Also the furniture/decoration was very nice (it's an art hotel!). I especially liked the special design table in the entrance hall (looks like a natural rock).

The room was big and comfortable and the staff was very nice. Although the hotel is a little far from the centre of the city (about 20 minutes), it’s not difficult to get there: At the Gare du Midi, take the tram 81 or the 82, direction Montgomery, to Janson stop (ask the driver; it’s not easy the keep the track of the stops). When you get off at Janson stop, walk to the corresponding stop on the Chausée de Charleroi and take the tram 91 in direction Stalle or the tram 92 in direction Fort Jaco and get off in the next stop: Ma Campagne. When you get off the tram, keep walking in the same direction for about 100 metres, turn to left and there you have the hotel. If you are going to stay in the city for several days, it is convenient to buy a 10 travel ticket which costs 10 € (each travel costs 1,5 €). This ticket can be used in the whole transport system (bus, tram, metro). If I would returned to Brussels, I would look for this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel at the weekend and found it excellent value for money. The hotel is a convenient 10 minute taxi ride from Brussels Midi rail station(8 euros - 2km)and an easy 12 minute tram ride to the central part of the city (no. 92 -every 20 minutes on Sunday am). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and recommended a pleasant restaurant nearby (La Cigale) where we had a good yet inexpensive meal. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would stay there again when in Brussels.

A very nice nice 3 stars hotel, very easy to reach. Take tram # 91 or 92 from Louise and get off at Ma Campagne, then walk for about 100 meters and turn left. Breakfast is not included and coasts 12 € but there are some cafees near the tram stop, where you can pay much less. The room was clean, spacious and confortable. You are not far from the city- centre( it takes 10 minutes by tram), we reccommend this hotel as we were satisfied on price and services. We would surely come back again

If unfamiliar with Brussels, the hotel isn't too easy to find. It's location is a little too far from the centre to appear on the public street maps erected around the city. It's a superb hotel for the price and one that I would have no hestitation in recommending or staying at again.
