The Hotel is very old and and dire need of rejuvenation. Carpets and floors in the room are stained, bathrooms are not completely cleaned and smell of urine, walls are dirty... Even the curtains in the room were dirty, and didn't cover the windows fully. Staff seem to be exhausted by a long shift and very unwelcoming. This was a very sad experience in a hotel that is circling down the drain. I would recommend to avoid it at all costs.

Very well located for the centre of Brussels and Louise/Ixelles areas. Very convenient - multiple buses and tram leave right opposite and there are 2 supermarkets and a lunch place right there. Rooms are very big and have huge beds, very clean. Service at desk varied - one guy was very helpful, the other was not at all. I would stay there again, as it was not expensive and very convenient.

A decent hotel, but not outstanding. It is very close to the tram stop, which is beneficial, and close to a grocery store and a number of restaurants. It was a bit noisy (depending on which side of the hotel your room is on), and I wouldn't consider the staff to be the most courteous.

Really easy to find, very safe and quiet area. there is a tram station just in front of the hotel. the rooms are huge, the hotel is a bit old but clean and very well equipped. we had no problems at all, however I'd recommend you to go to the tourist information to ask for information about the city. The people at the reception were not helpful and tried to sell us guided tours which are way more expensive then doing your own trips, and not as necessary as you are told by the hotel staff. I'd stay here agian.

Hotel was perfect, however, sometimes the traffic was a bit too noisy. We were accomodated in an older part of the hotel, although pictures on Venere are taken in the new one. We were only disappointed when the receptionist called us a taxi. It was way too expensive. Twice the usual rate for the way to the airport.

It was very nice- affordable, and across the street from a tram stop which made getting around very easy. The internet didn't work all weekend which was annoying. I asked for help with directions, local churches, etc. and the staff was not helpful. I would stay again though.

We stayed in a room with 2 beds and a huge bathroom. The bedroom was joining another room with minimal lock system. A few times we had the people next door to us try and get in because there was a handle on their side of the door. It was kinda annoying but funny at the same time. We were just passing through Brussels but the hotel offered lots of great sight seeing tours and was in an excellent location! Tram 94 stopped right in front of the hotel. I would stay there again.

Furnitures of our rooms :chairs were broken you'd better not sit on it. Some beds are really unconfortable (sofa beds) The curtains need to be changed they are torn Carpet need to be changed too Electric wires are even dangerous in some rooms It must have been beautifull. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms are satisfactory and well laid out.It just need to be re-decorated.

An excellent place to visit with plenty to see and do around the area. Some fine dining available in Grand Place and a selection of locally brewed beers. Be aure to prebook for Atominum restaurant which is well worth the visit. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing visit or some site seeing.

We were a group of 13 people (with 7 teens) and would like to evidence the competence and kindness of all staff. The concierge was really helpful and thank to him we have been able to exploit of time at the best. The hotel is clean and well connected to the centre by bus (nr 94). The breakfast (not included) was rich and the personnel was extremely kind .

Room and bathroom area were clean but looked run down. Shower in bath was very poor and it was impossible to prevent water reaching the floor and out onto the room carpet. This was badly marked by the bathroom door area. This was prpbably the reason the room smelt damp. The bed was uncomfortable and very soft (collapsing) one side. At the prices charged we would have expected far more. We would not stay again through choice.

Nice hotel a little old but overall it was good. Very supportive staff. Location was great. I wouldn't mind to stay in that hotel again. The size of rooms (one double and one triple) were Spacious and more than expected.

Very spacious room right in front of the tram stop. In a very nice area of town, and a quick tram ride to the center of the city. I had a street side room, yet it was extremely quiet. Very helpful staff that spoke english.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to excellent restaurants (Rue du Page) and a beautiful park (Jardin du Roi). Easy metro ride to the Grand Palace. Rooms were clean, and beds were comfortable. Great parking underneath. Lift was small. Ave. Louis is a busy street and is noisy. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recomend this hotel.
