We booked the Bristol Regina but as it was full when we arrived, we were given a room at Thon Brussel city Center : we lost about 1 hour to change hotels... bad organization!!!! + we had to pay for the parking.

only one person at concierge, not friendly at all at my arrival. the room wasn't ready yet, they gave us a double room plus a sofa bed and not a triple one. Even towels etc. was for 2 people.. not a 5 stars hotel

I stayed in a triple room for 2 nights. The room was really spacious, bathroom clean, beautiful and very well equipped. I really recommend this hotel, as the rate given was very convenient.

I book a standard room first time then an executive room. I see no difference except the price ! Standard is spacious and quiet. Don't need to spend money anymore for nothing ...

The physical aspects of the hotel were fine and the rooms were pleasantly spacious, but the service was terrible and ruined the entire stay. Reception were rude, gave wrong information, and charged exorbitant prices for local phonecalls (3 euro/minute - with no indication anywhere in the room). Housekeeping never answered multiple requests for an extra blanket.

Hotel was easy to find and in a very good location for sightseeing around Brussels. Located in a very nice shopping area if that is your passion. Weekend rate was excellent value for this level of hotel. Didn't do breakfast however as it was €26. Staff very helpful.

Greater attention needs to be brought to cleanliness in rooms. Reception just about friendly & helpful enough. Great room sized but furnished on the cheap side, in particular for a so called 5* hotel, furniture feel more like a 3* Public areas rather plain and not very welcoming. Requested a smoking double room, was given a non-smoking twin and not alternative available ? Surely would have been possible on a quiet week-day even if needed an upgrade ! Perfect location in the heart of the business / shopping centre. Overall OK but disappointing experience When asking for directions to the reception staff, were given the wrong information.

The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is that the desk people and breakfast people encouraged us to eat the breakfast buffet and never mentioned that it cost an additional 32+ euros per person, so I ended up leaving with an extra 100 euro charge than I expected.

I was very surprise by the rate. One complete bathroom with separate bath and shower and small bathroom with toilet and lavatory. The services were perfect we have asked for additional services in the room and there were provided rapidly without cost. It was an excellent hotel very well located.
