Tea making facility in the room - the equipment was not very clean. When I boiled water, the hot water was not clear, i.e. it was tea colour ... Breakfast - a glass for juice smelled bad. All other facilites are fine.

Free unlimited WiFi was a big advantage of Bloom in the past. Now I am not happy with the few MB limit for free WiFi.

Excellent hotel for work. Large rooms. We travelled with a toddler, and the size of the room was perfect. Nice and very helpful staff. Expensive internet, which is annoying. The free-quota is too small. Good, but expensive breakfast. But overall, would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stayed in a basic room. It was very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. I truely enjoyed the quietness and sense of comfort. The only minor point is the price of breakfast (25€!), but this was clearly displayed when registering, and one can find more affordable breakfast out of the hotel if needed.

This is a good hotel, the room that we had was large.clean.well lit, there was quite a lot of street noise in the mid and late(up to 22:00)evening,the bed was very comfortable. The quality of the food was quite high if costly. The decor in the public is a little odd,you almost have the feeling that you were sitting in design studio's store room strange but comfortable.Would I stay there again? maybe,it is a little futher out from the centre than I would like 25-30 min. walk. to sum up- good hotel, room rates are good but food and drink are not cheap,

Everything was excellent, however two small niggly things came up. There was no iron in the room (which I forgot to check specifically) and the complementary tea/coffee did not come with milk. Otherwise everything was great.

I stayed for 2 nights and am very satisfied with the hotel. Firstly, I must say its location is a bit off the city centre, BUT there's a Metro stop only 2 blocks away. Also, it's only a mere 5-10min walk from the North Station (a big plus if you come into or get out of city by train or bus). Towards the end of my stay I discovered the tram #92, which is stops right outside the hotel and pretty much brings you to/near all major tourist areas in the city (grand place, museum district, royal palace, restaurants, etc). The room itself was terrific. Initially I specifically booked a king-sized bed but they gave me a room w/ two twin-sized put together, not once but twice!! The mural art on the walls are different in all rooms. The rest of the room are tastefully designed, with simplistic furniture, clean comfy bed, free WiFi and a good coffee machine. I've got only one complaint... a very personal one - the body lotion smells exactly the same as the lobby, which to me is more like sewage than fragrance. It is such a shame because everything else met my expectation. Just 1 day earlier in my trip, I paid double the price in Amsterdam to get a room not nearly half the space and quality! Their service is a bit on the slow side, especially when on the phone. But staff are generally friendly.

This was our first visit to Brussels. The hotel was quite nice but the location was further away from the main sights than I would stay if I were to return. Overall, the rooms where clean and the bathrooms were good as well. Also, there are not many restaurants to eat at nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bloom--it is a unique and pleasant hotel. The personnel were quite friendly, bilingual (English as well as French and Spanish), and professional. We enjoy walking, and so enjoyed the about 10 minute walk to the contemporary shops and to the Grand Place. The neighborhood is quiet and predominently Muslim, but a short walk to the end of the street from the hotel leads to the only Byzantine-style church in Brussels, St. Mary's. It is worth seeing. We travel quite a bit and highly recommend Hotel Bloom for its reasonable rates and excellent service.

I was offered a room on 1st floor whihc was just above the Bar. All night long, the beat from the DJ on Friday and Saturday kept us from a good night sleep. If it was not because of that, I would give a 10 on all the rest of the stay. So keep your customers from the rooms on 1st floor.
