Chelton Hotel Brussels - Brussels

I only came to the hotel in the evening and left in the morning, so my view of the hotel services and personell quality is rather limited. In general I was satisfied and will consider staying there again. regards, Ivan

- no free wireless internet. - breakfast very limited. - air conditioning doesn't work. - staff is very friendly and helpful. - hotel needs to upgrade it's infrastructure e.g. lift, airconditioning and central heating.

En general el hotel no esta mal por el precio pagado, aunque si vuelvo a Bruselas buscaré algo mas céntrico. Nos pareció muy bien que contasen con parquing gratuito y desayuno incluido, bastante decente, excepto el café...

Everything was very good, the room clean and big, even if the hotel is far from the city center. Only a remark: in such hotel I'd expect that the internet connection is included.

My overall impression of this hotel was not so great. From the pictures it looked much better. Besides, the website indicates 4 starts, while it's actually only a 3 star. The whole structure is old, and it shows. Hard beds and pillows. On the other hand, kind staff, great tv set, convenient location if you need to access the EU institution. I got the room for a special rate, but I would never pay more than that to stay in this hotel (65 euros).

Big and clean room but bad smell in the public area and in the toilet room. Breakfast not so good and not so rich...A little bit too far from the metro (800m). Cheaper, but I'm not so satisfied considering it's a 3 stars hotel.

We enjoy our staying in bruxelles at this hotel. Rooms were big, clean, big bathroom. Located in a very quiet area, near european institutions. Breakfast is good, staff friendly, wiFi internet. It is not in the center , but you can walk there in 20-30 min. If you reserve rooms by venere you can have the best price.

This was our first visit to Belgium. It took us a long time to find the hotel in spite of the directions we had. Other than that, the hotel stay was very good and the staff helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

Great location for those who come for EU-related work as many institutions are close. Totally satisfied with the stay and services offered.

Nice hotel, ideally located, within easy reach of the European institutions. My room was comfortable, breakfast was good, I could use the internet. There are 2 things that I didn't like, though: the hotel’s gym facilities are located in the basement next to the car park in a quite ugly area especially for a 4 stars hotel, plus I had the feeling that the so called health club exists only on the web site as I couldn’t access it at a time when it was supposed to be open. The other thing I didn’t like was the fact that this hotel (even if is comfortable and friendly), is rated as 4 stars when in reality I think maximum 3 stars would be the correct rating.
