The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. My ONLY problem with the hotel was the noise. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation from other rooms. In the middle of the night, people were banging on doors, having arguments...and you can hear it all! Other than that, the staff was SO nice, the room was simple and clean.

Small room, temperature difficult to regulate. Unconfortable pillow (I had to fold up it for a poorly better sleep). Nice people at the reception and breakfastroom. Good breakfast.

I booked a room at a discount rate. For this rate, you get an extra small room in another premise, 20 m away from the main premises. The room is just large enough for one single bed. Yet, cleanliness, equipment, amenities, and breakfast are as expected and very satisfying. It is just that you want to know about size and location. Other than that, if you are a single traveler, staying for just a couple of days, and not worried about room size (but still expecting good service and a clean room), this is your pick.

very clean room, breakfast was very good. The b&b is located near shops and malls where buy goods and other stuff, very close to the center and the metro station. Very kind employee.

The single rooms were quite small for the price I think, but I guess it is the norm in Brussels. The location was nice, near Metro Louise (and many stores on Ave Louise) and another Metro if you walk back. This area though, is not as nice as Ave Louise. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast consisted of croissants, bread, yogurt, cereal, some cold cuts, cheese, juice, coffee.

Very nice hotel for the price quoted from venere. A bit challenging to find if you have never been there, but once you know where it is it is a 5 minute walk from metro station Louiza. The only inconvenience I had was that the wireless internet did not work and I had to go to the lobby and use a cable to get internet during my stay. I stayed in a single which was a bit small, but still very reasonable. Other than the internet, as a female traveler I felt very safe in the area.

Nice hotel in an area of Brussels that is convenient both for going in town (metro station is close) and where it is not impossible to park a car for some hours. Rooms are clean and quiet. It seems that the hotel is fully booked very often (good rate price/quality)

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The first room I was given was truly awful and when I complained they changed it right away. My stay was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend this hotel for those on a budget

(-)The hotel is in two buildings, spaced some 70m. This might be a problem in winter or in extreme weather (walking to the breakfast cafe...). (-)There was a hot water failure (but repaired during the day). (+) Good breakfast. (+) Good location.

This is an excellent 3-star hotel! Very nice welcome; rooms in perfect condition and clean (the whole hotel is non-smoking, which is great). You'll find numerous restaurants - Asian, Belgian, African... you name them - and shops in the vicinity (luxury in Louiza, mid-range and low-cost in Chaussée d'Ixelles). The hotel is in walking distance to Sq. de Meuse (EC offices)and the EU-Parliament. WLAN-internet is available for 5 EUR (this is for the whole stay at the hotel and more than reasonable). Breakfast is plentiful. Only minor setbacks: WLAN seems only to work well in the lobby-restaurant (which turns into an office room after dinner time); the lobby restaurant is only used for breakfast and as the above mentioned WLAN-office - no meal and drink service, which didn't bother me as there are enough restaurants, bars and night shops near by.

Lovely room. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is a quaint little Belgian hotel on a Belgian street - so there is a bit of noise from traffic etc. To be expected really. Room was very nice - I think it had recently been refurbished. Nice buffet breakfast was included in the price - which made this very good value indeed. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel rooms are a bit old fashion with the carpet showing signs of ageing but overall the hotel does what it is paid for: providing a place to sleep walking distance from Trone buildings of the EC

There is WiFi internet, which is paid, but it's hardly reaching the forth floor so I couldn't use it. There were no vegetables for breakfast, only pasty foods so I avoid breakfasts.
