Very nice and clean hotel, short distance to Brussels Noord station, good connections to city center via tram, perfect value for money. Lively surroundings with many possibilities for eating out. Next time in Brussels I will for sure choose this hotel again.

The one of two things that I didn't like about this hotel was that it was super far away from the main area of Brussels. On the two maps I used, the map would often cut off the street, so that made it harder to find the hotel when I was trying to check in. Fortunately though, the hotel had 24 check in service, so when I got there at 2 am, it was still okay. The only other thing I didn't like was that the hotel doors didn't open automatically. If they were closed, you had to ring the bell and then the person at the front desk would let you in. Other than that, the room was really nice, although the walls were kind of thin and I did hear some noise at night, but I didn't have any problems sleeping.

The hotel was quite easy to find however it was a bit of a walk from the Midi station. The hotel was nice and clean, and staff seemed friendly. The biggest issue we had was we had a very noisy water cylinder in our bathroom...during the day it was quiet but at night it would make really high pitch noises that sometime lasted a few minutes. But all in all a very good stay...we even had a few channels on the TV that spoke english.

Don't ever rate a room there! They put us in some basement where the kitchen was so we couldn't sleep whole night because of the noise and the horrible smell! When we complaint the did nothing but to offer us breakfast. It is not worth the money, it's the worst place we've ever been!

This is a student hotel in a safe suburb of town, seemed good value for city and clean but cramped room with very thin walls. I was woken by what sounded like front door bell ringing after midnight for 20 mins

Fair quality. It serves the purpose for the value offered. Not the best option for hotel in Brussels but it was ok. Hotel was clean and wi-fi works appropriately.

Nice clean hotel. Comfortable bed & pillow. Winter stay, but heater was good and there was a nice thick quilt, and extra blanket available. Quiet location except for tram, but there are noiseless rooms in the back, with a small balcony. Easy walk from Brussels North train station; a bit of a hill to climb. Half hour walk to downtown but the #94 tram stops right in front of the hotel. 6 euro breakfast has everything except hot cereal - worth it. Kitchenette but no fridge.

I booked my room 3 months in advance and the only room available for me had no view at all because it was just in front of a wall. I asked them to change my room and they ignored my request. It was a very bad location. This hotel has no private parking. I stayed 2 nights and paid more than 100,00 eur and I did not have warm water the first day in the douche and I have had to remind them to clean my room at 4.00 pm after the first day. I will never recommand this hotel to anyone!!

The hotel is very nice, our room was clean and calm. The view from the window was not very good, but there was a balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is located 15-20 minutes walk from city center, but very close to international suburbs.

It was newly renovated so there was general cleanliness. the triple room was very small and there was a smell maybe from previous tennants' cooking. There was a small stove/sink bench just next to the bed.(I don't know what the country's fire hadzard regulation are) Had to sleep with thewindow opened otherwise too stuffy. There no place to put luggages. The surroundings of the hotel are dirty and certainly would not want to walk the neighbourhood at night. Reception staff are friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay here. The staff were super friendly and helped us find our way around the city. The hotel is on the outskirts of the Red Light District so take a taxi or tram at night. The Hotel itself is very safe and the staff will tell you where and where not to walk at night.

Good location, close to a beautiful church (St. Mary), thanks to which I had a very nice view. I give a rather poor grade for "services and facilities", because although it is an Apart hotel with a kitchenettes in the rooms, there was no cookware during my stay, but with the hotel being new and having just opened it is understandable.
