On arrival (we was early) we was told our room would not be ready for another 3 hours(1400)So we went walking. It was -4. We got back to the hotel about 1300 the young guy on reception never even looked up from his desk. we then met some other guests who had arrived the day before and told us there was free coffee if we wanted it. apart from that we had a great time and the evening guy on reception (an older guy) was very pleasent. A brisk walk into the heart of Bruge. We would use again with no hesatation.

The hotel has a good location,walking distance to the center.The hotel room was pretty big when you compare with the hotel rooms in Paris.The worst thing was that u can not get anything from minibar if you don't get the key(for the fridge) from the reception.

Hôtel agréable dans l'ensemble, pas très loin du centre historique, calme avec le canal à proximité. Par contre petit déjeuner non inclus et relativement élevé 15,00 euros par personne. Nous sommes resté deux nuits à Brugges ville qu'il faut absolument découvrir...

Our room was spacious, but other couple was smaller. Bathroom small but confortable. Mattress some soft. Street works and parking not available. Ten minutes walking to downtown.

How to reach Hotel Rosenburg
By car
Once in Brugge, coming from the N 397 road, drive under the railway bridge and turn right before the roundabout, following the railway station direction. Keep the railway station on your right and follow the ring road (R30) until you drive over a high canal bridge. Immediately after this, turn left and cross the Katelijnepoort bridge, then turn right, proceed along the Gentpoortvest, until you will see a medieval gate, the Gentpoort, on your right. Stay on the left of the Gentpoort, cross the road and continue straight ahead. You are now driving along the Boninvest. At the canal you have no choice but to follow the turn to the left. Hotel Rosenburg is located at the left corner of the next bridge.
