Hotel Bourgoensch Hof - Bruges

This hotel is charming,it has a central location and is very picturesque. Our rooms were all spacious and whilst we did not have a room which overlooked the canal there are a number of rooms which do so. The breakfast is very good with plenty of variety and the restaurant is very pretty with a lovely view of the canal. When the weather is warm there are tables outside for drinks in the evening. The staff were all delightful and extremely helpful and we would certainly stay there again if visiting Bruges.

A lovely, well-situated, and very friendly hotel, offering excellent value. Undergoing some changes and refurbishment which is not always reflected in the photos on websites e.g. the bistro bar overlooking the canal which features on a website is now used only for breakfast, and dinner is taken in a modern space overlooking the street; one+? bedroom is slightly stark and modern rather than cosy, as we had expected. The first night we had a room with very noisy heating or pump system, but this was quickly and kindly sorted out and we were given another, beautiful room. We had a delightful stay and would return happily.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Hotel as the photographs of the rooms on the website do not do the Hotel justice. The box of chocolates and card on the bed New Year's Eve was a lovely thought. We will definitely stay at this Hotel again.

Very welcoming, beautifully situated in the centre of Bruges. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were very helpful and I would recommend this hotel if your holiday plans include Bruges.
