We make our reservations through Venere and our two daugthers did it through other company. They were charged less that we and owners blamed Venere since according to them Venere charge a "higher fee". The explanation did not convince us but the difference was no great amount..so we did pay. Stairs are a problem when carrying lugage and there is no service whatsoever after owners serve breakfast!

This is really a B&B which is very nicely decorated with a beautiful enclosed patio for breakfast. Hans (the owner) and his wife are extremely helpful. We were able to have free use of bikes (a must) for getting into Brugge and seeing all the sites (since it is a long walk but a bus is close). The city is very bike friendly. Get directions from the hotel as computer map had very difficult directions to hotel and a lot of streets aren't marked. We were there when it was cold and there isn't any real public area to sit. In warm weather there is a beautiful yard to enjoy.

Family run B&B. Friendly, helpful. Very quiet rooms. It was however a bit of a walk to the center of Brugge and after a long day seemed a little farther...but all in all a great place at a reasonable price.

The family room consists of 2 spacious adjoining rooms with a bathroom. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful with what to see in Brugge. Area was extremely quiet. Only drawback was the very narrow staircase leading to the family room, but we highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet of cereals, yogurt, meats and cheeses, croissants etc. Delicious!
