Everything OK about the hotel. Excellent breakfast in all regards. Some features in the rooms (we experienced 2) should be modernized like TV + programmes, curtains, bathing quarters, etc but good value for money altogether.

Staff efficient though indifferent & not very welcoming. Good big room, 2 huge beds & very comfortable "period" overstuffed armchairs & wardrobe, overlooking canal as requested (for extra charge) though not enough space for suitcases (never is in any hotel, usually enough for only one). No tea/coffee facilities. Good location, easy walk to centre of town. First visit to Bruges, loved it.

Lovely hotel, room was excellent - quiet and comfortable. Hotel's location is perfect for a stay in Bruges, right on a canal, lovely walks all around - close to town square. Recommend highly - great value.

A most pleasant stay indeed. The only comment worth making is the creaky staircase and floor from room above...... But that also added to the charm of this beautiful period hotel. If you want a totally sanitised and impersonal experience, try a Hilton maybe; but if you want a friendly run, peaceful and beautifully locataed (on the banks of a quiet canal) hotel stay, then look no futher.

Quite a good central location - quiet area by canals but only 5 - 10 minutes walk from the city centre attractions. Excellent breakfast facilities and reception staff very helpful.. Parking may be a little difficult. For adjacent street parking one needs a time card to display on dashboard (3 euros from hotel). Max 4 hrs stay.... but don't let this put you off ! Would stay here again.

The hotel location is close to the center, which is what we were looking for. However the hotel is rather old dated in terms of rooms, carpet, no air conditioning in summer and so on. An average hotel, all together. A disappointment was that they charge you for the internet and wifi. Brugges is a lovely city, enjoy!

Cleanliness of rooms = 5. Why ? Room was clean BUT we were disturbed and hurted by moskitos during the night long. Is it due to failure at cleanliness or just to mild and wet climate ? Friendly,

This hotel was quite acceptable, and the staff were friendly, I would definitely stay there again. Centrally located to Brugges and overall enjoyed the stay there, only one thing that I did not like and that was the internet was not free.

The room was a little small, but acceptable. Everything in the room was old. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. Bruges is small, about 5 to 10 minutes to Markt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included in the price.
