We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded on arrival to a suite rather than the standard room we had booked.The staff were efficient and spoke English. The hotel was in a good central area, easy walk to old town and very near public transport. Would recommend the hotel.

this is an appart'hotel. I had a huge room, with separate and equipped kitchen, a huge bedroom with living room part and bedroom part. Beds are a little hard for western EU customers, and blankets too short... The heating is too strong, with no possibility to reduce it. I guess this is typical of the country. No foreign TV channels. But quiet room, excellent continental breakfast, free high speed internet access. The only - : this "design" style hotel is sometimes weak on the details (the door frame in my room was not fixed correctly, for example). Overall, I recommend this hotel, close to the train station and to the city center. Excellent place for families.

Room Details
Ideal for a 5-night stay in Brno, all of the 28 guest rooms and suites at the Hotel Cyro are attractively furnished and far more spacious than you would expect from 3 star hotel rooms. Guest rooms are available for 1, 2, 3 and 4 persons as well as Suites that are suitable for double occupancy. The smaller rooms are located on the top floor.All of the guest rooms feature a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, cable TV, a mini bar and wireless internet access as well.
Although all of the hotel's accommodations are of a high quality, the Suites offer even greater value for money and are worthy of a special mention. As well as a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, they have a separate living room with comfy sofas and a wall-mounted shelving unit, allowing you to unpack properly and make the place feel more homely, DVD player (on request), bathrobe and slippers. Such a great mini apartment is ideal for longer stays too.
