Goldene Krone Vital Hotel - Brixen

This was the best room we stayed in on our entire 3 week trip. Our room was like an open apartment and it was located next to the town square. It was a little hard to find just because you drive thru the town square . We were able to keep our car right underneath the hotel. This was one of those little "gem" towns that you come across when you do not expect anything.

Nice hotel in a good and quiet location

The hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful to our family.

1. Beim Einpacken haben wir den Schlüssel versehentlich im Lichtschalter gelassen. Der Rezeptionist hat uns die Tür geöffnet und dabei uns unhöflich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass es sehr viel kostet, wenn alle Lichter leuchten. Allerdings waren das nur ein paar Minuten, bis wir die Koffer vom Auto geholt haben. 2.Ab Mitternacht wurde der Internetabschluss abgeschaltet. 3. In der Reservatonsbestaetigung wurde geschrieben, dass Internet im Preis inbegriffen ist. Bei der Abrechnung wollte mit die Benutzung trotzdem mitrechnen. 4. Im Badezimmer gab es in dem einem Zimmer kein Duschbad, im anderes gab es welches. 5. Wir wollten am letzten Tag ziemlich früh losfahren.Da es vor 7 Uhr keine Rezeption gibt, war es auch unmöglich, mit dem Lift die Garage zu erreichen, daher mussten wir unsere Koffer durch die Strasse zum Auto schleppen.

We stayed in Suite Garten, but the room was small. The bath was big but not so clean. We did not have internet connection inside the room(as they told us) and we did not have wiew on the town center. Abbiamo alloggiato nella Suite Garden ma la camera per essere una suite era piccola. Il bagno era grande ma difettava in pulizia. Non c'era la presa per internet in camera (come ci era stato detto dallo staff). Non avevamo vista sul centro storico come dichiarato nella presentazione delle suite.

We stayed one night at the "Goldene Krone" after a long train trip before going skiing in Wolkenstein. The rooms were clean and quiet. The bathroom was huge and equipped with stylish interior. Staff was friendly and compentent. Dinner and breakfast were o.k. but not spectacular. The hotel is located immediately next to the lovely centre of Brixen. We can highly recommend this place.
