Unwelcoming reception at the start then latter ordered room-service, after several phone-calls it never came after waiting for 1.5hours !!! Staff were unhelpful and unempathetic saying "we are busy, you must continue to wait". This hotel is either not staffed adequately for a basic service or else with an extremely poor management overview, avoid this hotel unless you want hassel.

Room was small but comfortable and very quiet. However mattress was too soft and the bed somewhat sagging, so not good for back sufferers like me. A firmer mattress and more rigid bed support would be preferable.

Only used as overnighter on way to airport.Great location as very close to fantastic new, buzzing shopping centre with restaurants and cinema.Hotel new and rooms not large but v well equipped. Good buffet breakfast and if you book breakfast at check in you save £3!Staff very helpful and friendly. If back in Bristol will certainly be back here. Only real problem was finding it by car esp on a Sat afternoon! Need to follow signs for Cabots Circus( shopping centre) car park and park in it. Hotel signage poor. Had to phone them for help!! They do validate your ticket so no car parking fees but be prepared to walk! A huge car park!

Great location! Basic facilities but rooms were very clean and spacious and location is excellent especially when parking is included. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. Marvellous ! It should be a four stars. Great and Kind Welcome, Surroundings: Center shop, coffees, restaurants, .... There is a Jazz club inside the hotel with many live concerts. I highly recommand this hotel.

By airplaneFrom Bristol International Airport: Follow signs A38 to Bristol, signs to the City Centre Local Train Station. Bristol Temple Meads Station is a mile away and can be walked in around 15 minutes.
By car
Exit M4, junction 19, M32 Bristol. At the end of M32, turn left on Bond Street South and the hotel is on the left and check in. It is recommended that you enter the main Cabot Circus car park which is immediately on the left, 50 metres past the Staples unit as you enter Bristol from M32.
