Comfort Room: Dirty Bathroom (especially toilets) Very poor sound insulation of rooms: between-room: I heard all night the person above be turning in his bed, the outside world: the simple glazed windows so I was awakened at 4 am by a drunk guy who began to scream.

Brest seems to be a location with poor hotels. This is as bad as the others, but has a much better price than most. And friendly hosts.

A compact hotel with about 4 to 6 rooms on four floors. There is no lift so a degree of fitness is required for the top floor, although the effort is rewarded by an excellent view of the Cathedral from the back balcony. Not all rooms have en-suite fascilities. The free WiFi being slightly erratic at times but was good and usable. Very close to Le Quartz Centre 1km, Main shopping street 0.5km, E.Leclerc Supermarket 1.5km. Well positioned for all major points of interest. Would certainly stay there again.

The hotel is in a good central location. The staff were friendly, however the breakfast was a bit disappointing and not worth the money. Overall its a good hotel for the price.

Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Prestation totalement conforme avec ce qui était annoncé. Entièrement satisfait de mon séjour à Brest dans cet hotel pendant le festival Astropolis.

I was disapointed. Room has not been cleaned after the first night ( we arrive on saturday). The motif was that the housekeaper don't work on sunday and so rooms are not cleaned on sunday even you pay full price on that day.
