Clean Hotel in good location. Difficult to cross street to walk to center of town. Decent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Small rooms but had everything necessary (except an iron in the room).

The finish on the bedroom walls was rough unpainted concrete. Internet access was slow and cumbersome. I booked a single room the size of which was more akin to prison cell or a cabin on a ship. The furniture was basic and cheap Communist era. The location is pretty good and the new areas are up to Western standards but the old part is not. The reception staff were OK but nobody asked or wanted to know how things were for me in the hotel
