The rooms looked exactly like the pictures in Venere-very nice. It's in a residential area and my friend's room looked out on a very ugly area that looked like a run down neighborhood. It was quite a surprise to find the fancy rooms in a not so fancy area. The lobby and breakfast room are very small. Reception is nice but the evening crew didn't speak English. They said it had only been open for 6 months. They need to work on a more welcoming lobby.

the hotel can be reached with a 20 minutes walk from the city center. Room was good and service as well except for breakfast where you have to remember to ask (the table buffet is poor).

I loved this hotel. Great food, great decor, great sized rooms, a gorgeous bathroom, super friendly staff. I have nothing bad to say about it. If I return I'd loveto stay here again.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, well equipped rooms, excellent staff, very good indoor pool and fitness, quality breakfast. Reccomend to all future Bratislava visitors.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is new so the taxi driver did not know exactly where it was, but not a problem. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the downtown center. The staff gave us a map and showed us the best route. The place is so trendy in its design that it is actually kitchy! I would stay here again.
