Classic old fashioned and very well kept. Updated and well appointed. Excellent Breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay again. The zig zag walk to the beach was right at the door and the full moon on the water view from my window was gorgeous.

Old English hotel, carpets everywhere. Large family room (suite) with double bed in the adult section, and bunk beds for the kids in a separate room inside the suite. TVs in both rooms, sat in adult section. OK bathroom, too. Excellent English breakfast, outstanding level of service in the entire hotel. OK parking, free. Good location, quiet surroundings, short walk to both beach and city center. We'll be back.

For a one night stay in Bournemouth, this was good value. The room was nothing special, although it was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was adequate but the best thing about the hotel was the friendliness and welcome of the staff as well as their helpfulness

I went to Bournemouth with my boyfriend and stayed in a double bedroom. We both loved it. Our room had seaview, the hotel has excellent location. Cannot say any negativ about Tower House Hotel.

The hotel likes to encourage the more mature guests but you have to be able to manage some steps as there is a flight of steps to the entrance.

Hotel staff very welcoming and attentive.

The staff were excellent - very pleasant and helpful. The room was very cheap and quite small with a dodgy sliding door to the bathroom and a poor shower head. This is a budget hotel with out-of-date decor, but as long as you are clear about that, it is very good value.

I was so positively impressed by everything in the Tower House hotel. I believe it should be classified a 3-star hotel. The warmth, kindness and professionalist of all Staff is remarkable. Food is excellent. The place is quiet despite located in a very central area. I would recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

Very traditional old fashioned hotel where most of the guests were aged. Because I m only in my 40s this was the main drawback. Rooms were comfy but quite old fashioned

Quite nice and comfortable room, but the rest of the hotel is of a lower standard than it appeared on the website. Breakfast was very basic. Many stairs up and down to reach rooms. Staff were quite friendly though not highly professional.

Hotel really needs to be cleaned up and made more attractive on outside (impressed with website but not real thing). Reception area dark, very untidy. Bathroom vented sewage fumes. Walls of restaurant were stained. Staff excellent and spacious rooms saving the day.

The area the hotel is in is very convenient, with access to the shops, nightlife and the pier only a short walk away. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful.

This is a family atmosphere hotel and guests are welcomed in a friendly manner. Nothing is too much trouble and Mark very willingly made a National bus booking for us on the internet. We were encouraged to entertain our visiting English family(we are from Australia)in our room and were provided with more cups. This was a very memorable visit back to our old home town made more so by our stay at Tower House Hotel.

All as stated above. Only complaint is about Venere themselves as they didn't actually reserve my room, luckily the Hotel was very understanding and gave us a room anyway!.
