Was quoted £60 and ended up having to pay £73.50 when arriving at the hotel. That is the only complaint everything else was lovely.

The Newbury hotel offers cosy and comfortable guestrooms, available as either single, double, twin, or triple rooms. Furthermore, 2 room types are available - en-suite rooms with a private bathroom, and basic rooms that share the bathroom with one other room. The majority of en-suite rooms include showers, although a few have bathtubs only (advance notice required for requests).

Some of the room amenities include tea and coffee making facilities, colour TV with Freeview, free wireless Internet access, writing desk, and hair dryer.

Head east on the B3073/Parley Lane toward Hurn Ct Lane. At Hurn Bridge Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto B3073/Christchurch Road and continue to follow the B3073. Turn left to merge onto the A338. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A35/Wessex Way. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto B3066/Cambridge Road. Go straight through another 2 roundabouts and then turn left at St Michael's Road where you will find the hotel.
