What a great staff! Kimberly,Sadrie,Bess, Alexandra and Joseph you guys made our trip wonderful! Kim had helped so much with advice and directions around the city and Sadrie was always there when we needed something. Yes the rooms are small but the staff makes up for that a hundred times over. Bess,Alexandra you guys are sweethearts and I appreciate you helping us so much. Joseph thanks for going out of your way for me on your our last day. What a great little hotel. Thanks for helping make our stay in Paris memorable and adding to a perfect birthday for my daughter. We will miss you guys! If anyone is second guessing there stay here, don't. It really is a 10 minute walk to the Metro and a direct line to the sites from there just ask Kim she will be glad to help. Wow! Once again guys thanks! Kim, Sadrie, Bess, Alexandra and Joseph what a great team of people, this hotel is lucky to have such a group of people!

The third time is a charm and we got the best room during our stay, room 607 bottom floor. Back from Bordeaux for the final 3 days and we feel like home; fantastic neighborhood, great shopping avenue and the walk to the Metro is a great exercise (5 blocks) after eating all that good French cuisine. For your departure make sure you let Kim know to book you reservations with the airport shuttle 48 hours in advance; only 40 euros for two + luggage. Don't forget to tip the driver.

This was our second stay after departing to Vienna for a couple days. Returned to a better room and our luggage that we left behind was intact and waiting for us thanks to Joseph (night shift). Kim always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. Thanks

Excellent hotel! The breakfast is great and so is the coffee. Kudos to Kim from Indiana, USA who is the best receptionist, very frirndly, knowledgeable and helpful; one of the kind. In addition, kudos to the hotel director Arnauld who came to our aid when we need it the most. The hotel is in a nice and safe neighborhood, close to the underground Line 9, station: Marcel Sambat. We are traveling through Europe so they offer to stored some of our luggage until our return, why change hotel when the service is the best and today is so hard to find excellent customer service. Thank you to Venere, Kim, Arnauld and Joseph in the night shift.

Location is good for visiting to PARC DES PRINCES. There were a lot of small shops around the hotel. It was convenient. However room was not so good.

We ordered a triple bed room as we are a family with 9 year old child. Room was clean and quiet.Hotel is in a very good location, close to public traffic. We did not expect that a third bed will be a "bunk bed", high and balancing, not suitable for a child to climb up. Nevertheless we recomend this hotel as there is a quite reasonable ratio between price and quality.

All things taken equal the hotel is great. The real question to be asked when booking this hotel is "Do I want to stay in Boulogne?" Boulogne is a great neighborhood but it is anything near the center of Paris, while the onl attraction nearby is the Eiffel Tower (and to a lesser extent La Defense). On the other hand it offers you a glimpse of how most Parisians live, in modern appartment buildings not in 18th century mansions. The single room is not reccomended for claustrophobics, also it was quite a stretch from the power outlet to the mirror but these are minor quibbles. The hotel is a bargain for the location, you have nothing to fear outside even late at night so if you want to stay in Boulogne, go ahead and book this hotel

my room went to the yard and was therefore quiet. the room has about the size of an inside cabin on a boat, the bathroom was one of those integrated cabin units with WC, sink, and shower all-in-one - very small.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The services provided by the hotel staff were very good, there was nothing to be blamed. The location of the hotel was ideal to our destination. We would like to come back.

At times, I could hear the noise (of TV) from the next room, and the hotel was a bit far from the nearest Metro station. But they were almost the only problems. The room (including the shower room) was clean and nice. It also had a nice desk, so I could work easily. The breakfast was also very good. Considering the price, I think the quality was really excellent.

we had reserved a double room (queen size bed)with bathroom and instead we got a twin room with a shower. the bathroom was actually a cabin made of plastic, extremely small and with no ventilation system. whenever i showered the temperature in the bathroom was unbearable, like 40degrees Celsius and I had to leave the bathroom door open in order to cool it up a bit. Of course that is not advisable in winter or during the summer because there is no A/C in the room and it would be impossible to leave the window open. The receptionist said that the only room they had left was the one he had already given us and that we could not get a room as reserved. To sum it up, I would recommend this hotel only when it is not very hot outside :)

we stayed for 10 days at the hotel and we were very pleased. we payed 44E for a room that cost at the hotel 68 :) the surroundings were very nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants. we didn't try the hotel breakfast and the elevator was pretty small. besides that, we would definetely stay there again.

En arrivant à l'hotel la chambre n'était pas très propre.. cependant l'accueil était très bien. Although the room was not very clean on our arrival, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. (The shower head could do with a really good clean!!)
