This Boston hotel is an absolute treasure! It is in a fabulous location near the Commons, and very close to shopping, restaurants and all forms of transportation. Our room was amazingly large and very tastefully decorated. Attention to detail makes this hotel a delight. The staff is welcoming, charming and most efficient. They make even first time visitors feel as though they have "come home". The value is astonishing. I would have expected to pay twice as much for half as much space in Boston. There is small refrigerator in the room, but no mini-bar. That was a bit of a surprise, but with 24 hour room service, it wasn't a problem. The Irish Pub has excellent food, and is a lovely place to relax (before the night revelers descend). I will definitely stay at the Back Bay Hotel for all future trips to Boston! It was an amazing experience!
