The hotel is located 20 minutes from the city center, and from the train station, almost major recreations and dining spots can be reached on foot. Basic facilities are available, so our stay was overall comfortable. There doesn't seem to have cleaning ladies though, we put up the please-clean-our-room sign but nothing got cleaned, not sure if it is due to sundays...

The hotel basically delivers what it promises. The price is fair and the rooms are fine. The neighborhood, however, is terrible.

The hotel is not located in a happy neiboghrood even if is only 10 min walk from place de la victoire (seems not really safe and quite dirty). The bathroom wasn't really clean. A good point is that you have a small kitchen in the room useful for quick lunchs and breakfast (you don't need to take the 10€ breakfast they propose!). Bordeaux is amazing but he first impression walking from the station to the hotel's can be quite sad!

Stayed for 4 days during a conference, the hotel was OK, the rooms were clean and it was handy to have a small kitchenette. However, it was a pity that the rooms are badly insulated, and there was rather a lot of noise from other rooms and particularly from the corridor.

Very charming room, nice stay, safe area. Only issue was the staff is not available after 20.00 in the evening. We actually needed some assistance but to no avail. Other than that, I would stay again.

Comfortable hotel, about 10mins walk from city centre. Area around the hotel is a little run down but walking to centre is no problem. In summer air conditioning in hotel useful, as is the kitchenette/fridge although crockery was limited.

First time in Bordeaux with a party of six golfers. Found it easily despite turning the wrong way out of the airport and ending up driving down the quays. Five minute walk from the Place de la Victoire with various bars & restaurants. Rooms a good size but really all we needed was a place to sleep, shower & change and the Comfort Suites was ideal. Didn't try the breakfast as mostly ate at the golf courses. Only downside was one night one of us got locked out of his room having left his key inside and as reception was not manned after 8.30pm he couldn't get in till they came on again at 7am. Still the large sofa in reception was very comfortable!

The hotel is located 30 minutes walking from main attractions of the city but this 30 minutes is worth it everytime since you walk on the largest peaton street of Europe! At any time of day or night we felt comfortable and we enjoyed it, we loved Bordeaux and the bed was sooooo comfortable! Good night, sleep tight

Very convenient to be able to have breakfast in your room, clean room, but very noisy (we heard people taking bath, television, ...) !! the hotel surrondings are not so good... Would we have paid full price, it would have been a great disapointment.

Most certainly did not meet our expectations. If this was the only accommodation in Bordeaux we just wouldn't visit the city! Breakfast extra, parking extra but we were not charged for the mosquitos who shared our room. Toilet seat was a novelty - it was loose enough that if you dropped off to sleep it would drop you to the bathroom floor next to the rusting wall heater. We think the piece of wood propped up against the bath was intended as a bath panel. This place was more like a poor workers cell/hostel with echoing corridors. Was not in the best part of town either.

On a general note, the room was huge, but the bathroom was incredibly small. The hotel is quite far from the city center (the position on the map is not accurate, the hotel is 500m further south), however if you have a car, the hotel has a private park. The hotel needs to improve a few things: there were no iron (in the room nor at the reception), the breakfast was low quality (very limited choice, terrible coffee). All the staff is extremelly friendly and willing to help (there was no iron as mentioned above, but I was recommended a cleaner nearby who took care of my shirt within an hour).

Good place to stay on the budget. Surroundings are not that exciting, but the old city gate situated at 15 min. walk distance from the hotel.

Good value. Private parlking. Student area but easy access to other parts of Bordeaux via tram. Room was across from breakfast room so it was quite noisy early in the morning. Would stay here again though.

The hotel is as shown in the page of the web, very good, good attention, but there is a recommendation, they should call off two hours in advance to tell the closing reception, and that should give you a key and not wait until last hour of the night, when going to be close to doing so. In general the hotel is very good.

Great hotel but it's a seedy walk to the tram. Once you're at the hotel there is a gate and parking area so you feel safe.

Location is pretty good - 5 mins max. walk to Victoria Place. Walk from station is only 15-20mins, although buses run from Victoria Place. Area is alright - not really any cafe's/restaurants on the same road as hotel. But seemed safe. Staff were very friendly and good English, they knew the area and about transport/restaurants etc. Rooms are fairly basic but clean and pleasant. They have everything you need and are comfortable. Very good value for money - would definitely come back!

First time to stay there, I wouldn't normally stay somewhere like here, but there was a group of 10 and we wanted to stay together somewhere that wasn't too expensive. The area surrounding the hotel wasn't the nicest, but we did get value for money.

Would have liked a few more channels on TV No curtain in bathroom, assume thet were tinted windows? Noisy room next door, nothing done by hotel. No one on desk at night which I found strange Lovely breakfast, very nice staff throughout, would stay again and recommend to a friend.
