The hotel stated that it had an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. This was not as described. There was an outdoor pool however this was in the middle of wooded, leafy trees and next to a large swampy pool of water surrounded by a metal fence. Furthermore i did not see an indoor pool and this was certainly not adjoining the hotel. The restaurant was pleasant however overpriced. The gardens surrounding the hotel were pleasant however the hotel failed to state that as soon as you left the hotel by foot it was totally surrounded by universities and student facilities. There was nothing to do should you not have rented a car wihtin the surrounding area which was a total disappointment and more than one night would have been too much.

The hotel is in a quiet suburb of Bordeaux but the tramline is only 10 minutes walk away so easy to get into the city. The hotel itself is lovely; the food is expensive but you should experience dinner as a treat, The sun terrace is fantastic; the gardens are a work in progress and the pool is small. No bar though so not much to do in the evening after dinner

Hotel location,in the midst of a commercial park,was disappointing.The place itself was however fine and staff were very helpful.Dinner at the hotel was excellent.

I was dissapointed when the website said the hotel was only 5minutes away from Bordeaux city centre. When actually it was a good half an hour by tram and atleast 15minutes in a taxi. The staff were really friendly though and the hotle its self was nice.
