We had heavy luggage and there was no lift, but the young and smiling receptionist helpt us with one of the suitcases.

Great value for the money. Very convenient location close to the train station, as we rode the TGV from Paris. Tram system to other parts of Bordeaux was excellent. Take the tram downtown for great restaurants, sightseeing and shopping on rue de St Catherine. Our room, a triple, was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Beds very comfortable.A great little hotel!

The surroundings were a bit grim as all the roads/pavements in that part of Bordeaus were dug up. Presumably a temporary problem, but worth chiecking before you go.

We needed to leave by train at 6 am hence the choice of this hotel. Very close to St Jean Station, a no frills, clean, decent place to stay overnight but not for longer as not close to anything except the station.

From the highway take the Bordeaux-centre exit and follow signs towards Gare Saint-Jean station.

By public transportation
By any public transports (bus, train, tramway) get off at Bordeaux Gare Saint-Jean station, the hotel is 100 meters (328 feet) far away from the train station.

By airplane
From Aéroport de Bordeaux international airport take a public shuttle-bus until Bordeaux city center. Taxis are available as well.
