Interhotel Apolonia - Bordeaux

My room was directly opposite an indoor go karting circuit, which uses industrial fans which go on until the early hours of the morning, so kept us awake, we had used the hotel taxi, a trip from kyriad to the old town was 30 euros a trip back with another taxi was 18. so maybe is better to find your own taxi service, staff spoke good english

That hotel is not at all at the location showed on the michelin map ! However Public transportation filled the gap between expected location and real location, so that was not a problem

Poor air conditioned in room

The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was small, but our kids (ages 4 and 7) loved sleeping in the loft (quad room). We stayed for one night and did not experience any problems.

A typical hotel in a business park area - services, room, restaurant adequate and representing fair value for money.

Good for one night. What staggered us in this particular place is a strong bad odour from toilets spreading around in the downstair hall and the restaurant. The explaination given by the reception: it's like this everytime it rains! Another negative: ViaMichelin indicated the location of this hotel to be at 0.7 km from the address of my meeting. It is at 7.3 km

Easy to find mor on the outswkirts of Bordoux than I expected. Room was small. For France very good price and one room fit all four of us.

This was our first night in Europe. I was surprised at how tiny the room was. Our children slept in a loft. They were very hot. Better air conditioning was needed.

I FELT THAT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA WAS COMPLETLY DIFFERENT TPO WHAT WE EXPECTED. WE EXPECTED TO BE AT THE EDGE OF A LAKE, IT WAS MORE LIKE THE EDGE OF THE MOTORWAY, ALTHOUGH THE SOUND DIDN'T MOVE TO THE ROOMS. THE LAKE WAS IN FACT A 10 MIN WALK AWAY. THE HOTEL COULD DO WITH BEING UPGRADED. HAVING SAID THAT WHEN WE ARRIVED I HAD BOOKED THE DULUXE DOUBLE ROOM, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE 2 DOUBLE BEDS, ONE UP A LADDER WHICH DIDNT SUIT AS WE HAD 2 KIDS. WE LOOKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND WERE OFFERED THE MORE SPACIOUS TRIPLE ROOM. THIS WAS DONE WITH NO FUSS.

Our room was well priced and the hotel easy to find. The loft sleeping area with the ladder access was creative. We had a few bumped heads on the TV, & clothes hanging shelf. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean, if a little tight for space. The staff were courteous & helpful.

The triple room had a loft and a double bed- plenty of room for 4 people for a great price. It also included a good breaskfast in a quaint hotel restaurant. The location is not far from the ariport and a good starting point for trips around Bordeaux.
