Business Resort - Parkhotel Werth - Bolzano

In genereal ok, but price/quality are not consistent (standart room, 3rd floor)

Very nice hotel, with very nice and helpfull staff

The parkhotel is not near center city.

A very nice hotel, but unfortunately situated near an industrial estate and along a busy road. The breakfast is excellent. A part of the rooms has been renovated. We have used a not renovated room with large balcony. There is a good busconnection to the city centre of Bolzano. Around the hotel is a lot of exclusive free parking.

We found several problems with this hotel: 1) We reserved a quadruple room for 1 night, but they gave us a double room where they added two beds. It was so cramped that we could not open the window (one of the beds was blocking it). 2) The hotel advertises an interior pool, but when we arrived we found out that it was closed in July and August. 3) The hotel charged a 10% in addition to the booking price. The employee at the reception said this was services (which services he did not say). We booked other hotels in Italy for this holiday through venere and were never charged an extra 10%.

The welcome was horrible.We came lately, because it was very difficult to find the hotel and the owner treat us vulgarity:shouted with no respect like we were criminials , and all of this , because we came at 23:45. The room was very small and noisy , because the nearby room is very close. The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was good , no more. I realy don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I selected this hotel mainly because of its sauna and spa facilities. Unfortunately, on arrival we learned that they were closed. That was a bit of a disappointment.

Parhotel Werth was a very nice and quiet place with an excellent breakfast and good facilities. It is probably ideal for its purpose (business travel) but for tourists it is located a bit out of the way and rather difficult to find when you go there the first time. There is a convenient bus to town, but it stops running at about 8:30 in the evening, making it difficult to go out at night (to dinner for instance).

Excellent hotel Great value for money will certainly return!

The welcome was very cold; our feeling is that they don't like guests not speaking German. Hotel is nice, beds could be better.

Hotel was nice and breakfast was very good. Breakfast staff is nice but hotel desk staff not very friendly and hotel was not easy to find. We would probably not return to hotel due to it's location.

I traveled alone and was in Bolzano already many times.

This was our first time in Bolzano (we wanted to see Oetzi - the ice man- and some of the mountain scenery)and some information in the rooms for guests would have been helpful. Information on local retaurants would have been particularly helpful as this hotel only serves breakfast (which is excellent). Otherwise, a warm welcome with first class rooms and a very friendly dog!

Extrememly convenient if you are flying into Bolzano Airport or renting a car from the airport facility. Easy access to Dolomites, without having to go into downtown Bolzano.

Assigned room was not the same as booking room type. it was 1 twin-bed and 1 sofa-bed against 1 Quadruple Superior for 4 persons. also, really the preparation of bed making was only for 3 persons. Our claiming points are : Hotel confused us very much about the assignment of room against original booking.

The Parkhotel Werth was not so easy to find but was surprisingly impressed when we got there. We were met by the owner that checked all of us in then at the same time got us our drinks from the bar. It was a pretty setting. Our rooms were very clean and very high tech. Would recommend it to anyone. The pool looked great even though we didn't use it since it was cold and raining. The restaurant, Trattoria, was in walking distance and had excellent food. They also had a nice buffet breakfast that was included in the room price.
