Centrally located. Very happy with the girl's helpfulness at the front desk. We have been in Italy for about 2 weeks already and my daughter said this hotel has the best blanket. And it really does.

Great hotel and probably the best breakfast we had in all the places we stayed at in Italy over 4 weeks. Although it cooled down at night and it was comfortable, we were a little surprised that a 4 star hotel did not have air conditioning. The hotel grounds were like a park setting and it was nice to have breakfast outside in the beautiful gardens. Hotel is very central to everything and close to the train and bus station as well.

Hotel overpriced and poorly staffed. Initially given a room during heat spell without air conditioning although air conditioning was listed in internet. Staff uncooperative and bad natured. Bolzano although in Italy is really German. don't expect Italian services.

I would recommend a walk through the nice streets of the centre. Stop at Ca' de Bezzi, just 100 mt far from the hotel, there is a very well known brewery where you can taste tirolese cookery.

Very good location in the center of the city and pleasant stay. The internet wireless connection was not available at our floor (check in advance if you need one). Leisure facilities (gym, swimming pool) would be appreciated.

We loved the Luna-Mondschein. The lobby was lovely, the rooms were wonderful (with incredible flowers on the balcony). The staff was most helpful and the dining room (for breakfast was beautiful and the selection of food was great.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everyone was very helpful and the room was nice, though a bit small. The outdoor dining was wonderful and the meal terrific. Definately need a taxi from the train station(especially with luggage)and this should be mentioned.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was courteous and even offered us a choice of two different rooms (both were suites). There was some renovation being done, which the staff was very apologetic about, but did not interfere with our stay in any way. Room service was extremely attentive and well priced, as well. My wife and I will certainly return.

The hotel staff went out there way to make our honeymoon that little bit more special. Rose petals, hearts and champagne were waiting for us when we arrived in our room :-). The room was very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the gardens outside. WE would definately book into this hotel if we were to retun to Bolzano. The location is excellent.
