My comments are adversely impacted by one major problem - there was no air conditioning and Bolzano was hot and humid throughout our stay. With windows open there was more noise and we got very little sleep. Staff were very efficient. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Bus access to the city was good and easy once you understood the system and the unusual street layout around the hotel. Brush up on your German. Would be excellent in cooler weather.

This was sort of out of the way of the center of town, but the price was fabulous for the area and being in a residential neighborhood was nice for my 5-yr old as he could play in the local playground. Bit of a pain to go into the center of town, but for the price? No complaints. Decent breakfast. Seemed like a lot of tour groups stay here (it's big) so we got a great rate on a slow couple of days.

The staff was excellent, food was a good value, room was clean and quiet. The local bus system was close, easy transportation to downtown and other transportation services. Would stay there again
