Hotel Kalender - Bodrum

The price for this hotel was high,the tv didnt work,the fridge didnt work,they didnt fix them.staff were not very helpful or friendly.the good thing only was the pool from my room i cud jump to the pool.there was mold on the cieling in the bathroom,the hotel close to the bar(pub)street,but you dont hear noise,we didnt find our bed tidy for the time we were not at hotel.

Excellent service the staff at hotel kalender work very hard and create a great atmosphere and take the time to get to know you. Nothing was a problem anything i needed or any information they would help. The hotel is a new fresh looking building great facilities. the hotel bar provided the perfect plus to mingle with fellow travellers. The location was perfect walking distance from beach bars shops and a short bus or taxi and you will find yrself in the heart of bodrum. Our room was steps from the pool and we even had air con at no extra charge. the food at hotel kalender was fresh and home cooked, we upgraded to half board after sampling the dinner that was on offer. I will be making a return visit before the end of the summer. This hotel has a very warm and welcoming family atmosphere.

Had a great time at this hotel & i will be making a return visit soon. The staff were very welcoming and we built up a great rapport. Everyone was helpful. The hotel itself was in a great location right in the centre of gumbet , close to all the shops bars and the beach. the hotel grounds and rooms were clean and fresh the hotel had a great atmosphere and they arranged some sightseeing tours & not forgetting the super yummy breakfast. This hotel was great value for money.

Struttura molto semplice a gestione famigliare. Posizionata un po'lontana dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Nel mio caso, avendo la macchina è stata un'ottima base di partenza non essendo in una zona trafficata. Le porte delle stanze sono vetrate quindi la privaci lascia un po' a desiderare... Non c'è aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore. Insomma se noleggiate la macchina e contate di rimanerci solo la notte puo' essere una buona scelta in quanto è molto economico e la famiglia è molto cordiale e disponibile anche a dare indicazioni con una cartina della zona. Ci sono anche navette che portano ai due rispettivi centri/spiagge di Gumbet e Bodrum abbastanza vicini all'hotel, ma non posso esprimermi sulla comodità in quanto non li ho provati. Per raggiungere l'hotel dalla statale una volta visto il cartello Bodrum proseguire per 3/4 incroci fino a che non vedete sulla sinistra il cartello Gumbet, una volta svoltato tenete la via a destra, andate dritto e alla seconda via a sinistra svoltate, fate 100 metri e siete arrivati. La città è molto turistica, se cercate la vita notturna è la destinazione giusta!
