How to reach Boca Raton Bridge Hotel

By car
From I-95 (North from Miami/Ft. Lauderdale or South from the Palm Beaches):
Take the SR-810 E to exit 42A and then bear right at W Hillsboro Blvd. Turn left at N Dixie Hwy. Turn right at SW 18th St and then turn left at S Federal Hwy. Turn finally right at E Camino Real where you will find the hotel.

The bridge on Camino Real will be closed starting 6th August, 2007 for 100 days. Please use the following alternate routes during this period.
From the South:
From the I-95, exit at Hillsboro Blvd East to A1A. Make a left hand turn on the A1A (South Ocean Blvd going north) to Camino Real. Turn left onto E Camino Real; the hotel will be on the right hand side.

From the North:
From the I-95, exit at Palmeto Park Road East to A1A (south Ocean Blvd) and turn right (south) go over bridge to Camino Real. The hotel will be on the right hand side.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Hotel Service Fee is not included in the price and costs $10.00 + tax to be paid directly at the hotel. The fee includes valet parking, newspaper delivery from Monday to Friday, bottled water, in-room coffee and tea making facilities, wireless Internet access, incoming faxes, beach and poolside towels, use of the fitness centre and sauna, 10% discount off Ride-a-Wave rentals, coffee service in lobby.
Local tax is not included in the price.
Parking is not included in the price and costs $10.00 plus 6.5% sales tax per day, with in and out privileges.
Cribs for children are provided free of charge.
The pet policy is limited to dogs only that weigh less than 45 pounds (20.4 kilos). Hotel guests are not to leave pets in room unattended. A non-refundable cleaning charge of $100.00 per stay applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that a 1 night (room & tax) amount will be charged on your credit card at the time of booking. In case of cancellation,this amount is non refundable if you do not cancel your reservation at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Reservations made for arrivals after November 1 will be charge a refundable 1 nights deposit ( 72 hours)
